The main floor has 3 bedrooms with A/C.
Room 1 (Master) is en suite with bathroom and a big dressing. Bed 180
Room 2 has a bunk bed including a double bed (140) and a single bed (90).
Room 3 has a double bed (140).
The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are grouped in a huge open space of 70m2, with 4 French windows overlooking the different parts of the garden (front garden, patio with outdoor table, garden access pool side).
On the floor below, a second entrance that serves as a laundry, and a large game room / television for children 25m2. Linked to the house via the playroom, or via its separate entrance, is an apartment of approximately 50m2 that can accommodate from 4 to 6 people: Bedroom suite with large double bed (160) and bathroom. Living room / kitchenette (living) with double sofa bed.
