About this villa rental
Single storey Provencal villa with individual swimming pool in Roquefort les Pins, in a green and peaceful setting (no busy road, in an estate).
In the heart of the Côte d'Azur, Roquefort les Pins allows you easy access to many tourist villages (Grasse and its perfumes, St Paul de Vence and its artists, Mougins, Cannes, Nice ...).
The villa is 20 minutes from Nice Airport and 10 minutes from the motorway.
Our villa is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes by car from the center and all the local shops (bakery, intermarket, restaurants, press, pharmacy ...), as well as two cinemas with a 3D room.
Every Wednesday, a Provencal market is held in the village center.
Comfortable villa with 3 bedrooms, plus sofa bed in the living room for 8 people (possibility of adding mattresses on request to the floor), with private pool with automatic cover.
Garden on 2400 m2 of enclosed land.
At the front of the villa, bedrooms and living room open widely onto the south sun terrace and the swimming pool.
A beautiful barbecue area with pizza oven welcomes you for your meals and moments of relaxation (wooden barbecue). Around the pool, deckchairs for your moments of relaxation and rest.
A ping-pong table, a large trampoline (5.20m), an adult swing set and apparatus are available.
The garden is fenced and closed with an electric gate. You can safely park your cars there.

We have a travel cot and a high chair for toddlers.
Swimming pool: 12X6m 2.5 m deep.
Optional cleaning: 200 euros.
Miscellaneous: no disabled access. Prohibition on recharging vehicles or with additional costs.
