Very beautiful modern Provencal villa of 180 m2, ideal for sunny family holidays.
Located in a quieter environment, without vis-à-vis and only 10 minutes from the heart of the village feet, you can enjoy its swimming pool in a garden of 2000 m2 consists of a lawn area / pool and a wooded area.
The villa has a covered terrace with a large table overlooking the pool.
The pool has a submerged automatic cover (for security), 6 chairs are available and a solar shower.
A second outdoor dining area located under the trees adjacent to a shaded bowling alley with regulatory dimensions.
For the pleasure of children and parents, the villa has a large trampoline (4 m in diameter), a beautiful tree house, a swings, a small zipline, a table table tennis, a football table, a sandpit for the little ones and for all a hen house with fresh eggs every day.
The villa is composed of 4 bedrooms, two with double beds of 160 * 200 and two upstairs with double beds 140 * 200. (possibility of adding a single bed in one of the rooms).
The 2 master bedrooms each have their bathroom, and a third bathroom is upstairs to the other two bedrooms. The villa has 3 toilets including 2 independent.
Inside the house all the comforts for a great holiday: wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 2 flat screen TV, blue-ray player, two refrigerators, two freezers, table and iron to iron, a Nespresso coffee machine.
We put at your disposal our barbecue, our pizza oven and 5 bicycles.
