About this villa rental
Superb contemporary villa with Mediterranean style, enhanced with a vast garden with heated swimming pool, located a few minutes from the charming villages of Valbonne and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, in the municipality of Roquefort-les-Pins.
Recently built, this property benefits from a very quiet location while being in immediate proximity to all amenities: supermarket, bakery, village center, hair salon and nail salon.
Housing
You will enjoy a very pleasant outdoor space with a salt water pool (Bali-style tiled, heated from May to October depending on weather), carefully surrounded by sun loungers and a hammock for your sunbathing.
For your moments of conviviality, the villa has a dining area with a Kamado barbecue, a lounge under an electric bioclimatic pergola, a petanque court and a ping-pong table. A dedicated outdoor play area including a swing, slide, trampoline and sandbox is available for the youngest, and many other children's games are also available on site.
The entrance hall opens onto a vast living room (with large TV) in an open plan with the dining room and its wine cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, waffle maker, Nespresso machine, etc.), all opening directly onto the garden and pool. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer and a second refrigerator-freezer completes this level.
On the ground floor, you will also find the master suite equipped with a KING SIZE bed (180cm), a TV, its dressing room, a bathroom with shower, as well as a comfortable office space, ideal for remote work in peace and quiet.
The floor serves 3 beautiful bedrooms equipped with QUEEN SIZE beds (160cm), each benefiting from their own private shower room and a dressing room.
