Recent, fully air-conditioned villa (4 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms) with swimming pool in Roquefort-Les-Pins (French Riviera). A: 20km from Nice, Cannes and Antibes airports.
The house can be suitable for 8/9 people, ideally 2 families: 4 adults and 4/5 children.
The house is located in a new development in a very quiet area. The garden is very well equipped: Swimming pool of 8m x 4m, jacuzzi, large terrace with garden furniture, several deckchairs, Weber bbq, parasols, petanque court, trampoline and ping pong table (not new).
On the first floor large living room with fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, bar, living room with wood stove and large TV. A master suite with double bed (180) and shower room/wc/double sink. 1 toilet and a scullery with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, a bedroom with double bed 160 and TV/desk, a bedroom with double bed 140 and desk and a bedroom with double bed 140 on the mezzanine. Possibility of adding a single bed 90 and a baby cot (a high chair also available).
1 large bathroom with shower and bath and 1 shower room with sink + separate toilet.
Large parking lot with carports for 2 cars (the garage will not be accessible).
3 kms from the villa: village centre with many shops/supermarket and weekly Provencal market, tennis, golf nearby, horse riding and various walks.
