Come and stay in a renovated and air-conditioned old sheepfold in Roquefort les Pins, a small village of about 7,000 inhabitants, located between Cannes and Nice with its covered market, its 3-D theater, its restaurants and its local shops (5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot).

You can enjoy the pleasures of the sea or the mountains, visit popular sites (Saint Paul de Vence, Gourdon, etc.) or why not go for walks at the gates of the property and have a view of the coastline of the French Riviera.

This 150m² stone house can accommodate up to two families.
It provides:
- Sleeps 8 with its 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a television:
o A master bedroom suite with a 180cm bed, its private bathroom, its separate toilet and a small private balcony
o A bedroom with a 160cm bed with its separate toilet and a pretty covered terrace
o A bedroom with two beds, one of 180cm and one of 140cm and its small private patio

- A large living room composed of a kitchen, a dining room and an adjoining lounge area with large screen TV.
- A second bathroom and separate toilets complete the whole.

After discovering the pleasures of the sea 20 minutes away or the mountains 45 minutes away, you can relax under an arbour covered with vines or in the swimming pool (salt) with automatic safety shutter.

It is in a garden in the middle of olive trees several hundred years old and under the music of the cicadas that your summer evenings will take place while sharing moments of conviviality around a barbecue, a badminton tournament, molky, petanque or table tennis.
