Bad Experience and not recommend.

Apartment was clean.

Please don’t fall in Deposit Scam with this apartment. I was requested to deposit of 150 Euro for 2 nights stay and it was told to me that it’s refundable and I did. However, after check out the next day, I received a message from my bank that 100 Euro has been deducted from my 150 Euro deposit against so called EXTRA CLEANING as apartment was left in dirty condition; it’s very general statement and not correct as I bought big trash bags from my pocket and kept all garbage in it. In addition, before leaving all kitchen items such Pots, plates, cups and spoon etc. put in dishwasher and cleaned them, what else was expected? Now, I’m raising a grievance request with Booking.com and let’s see. Regarding apartment, shower tub drainage is slow/chocked condition resulting in over flowing of water to entire washroom. Internet speed was extremely slow. Location is about 30 mins. tram ride and road access to apartment is muddy especially during rain/after rain. Last but not least, it’s pricey and not worth for money.

Overpriced disappointment

Not much

After driving for 5 hours we got into the apartment and it was a mess! No sheets, no towels, garbage everywhere, no toilet paper, and gross toilets and mold. It took me three different channels to get a hold of someone. We were forced to leave the apartment and wait with my elderly parents and kids because they forgot to clean it. They didn't forget to charge us tho, plus a deposit of course.

Great location, but poor maintenance and service

The area is very elegant and has an abundance of restaurants and cafes. The location near Goldpekplatz and Borgweg stops allows access to the city center.

The apartment is humid and sometimes cold. There is no central heating, and when I tried to increase the temperature of the space heaters, they all stopped at a certain limit. I don't know why they are limited. There's a door between this apartment and the neighboring one, and the noise gets very loud. It feels like we have no privacy at all. There's also a light that opens in the street, and it shines inside the living room from the window above the entrance door. If you are trying to sleep on the sofa bed, it can be very uncomfortable. The shower's door is shaky and doesn't close all the way, leaving a gap where water comes out. In the bedroom, there's a closet with a combination lock. I didn't know why it was locked, and the owner didn't communicate about a code for it. Finally, the most disappointing of all was my interaction with the staff. They sent an email about the option for late checkout around 7pm the day before I left. I requested a late checkout 2hrs later, but they immediately declined saying they need time to prepare for the next guest. Why would you send the option if you were going to automatically decline? I only stayed for 3 nights in this apartment, and it was a bad experience. Great location, but very poor service.

Tolle Unterkunft in top Lage von Hamburg

Top Lage für einen Hamburg-Ausflug. Kostenfreie Parkplätze vor der Unterkunft. Dank guter ÖPNV-Anbindung kann man auf das Auto vor Ort verzichten. Winterhude bietet einige Restaurants, Einkaufsläden und ÖPNV - fussläufig gut erreichbar. Anfragen wurden vom Gastgeber schnell beantwortet. Pluspunkt wenn Kids dabei sind: Entertainment-Angebot (Netflix)

Es wäre vielleicht sinnvoll eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Kaffeeautomaten bereit zu legen. Ich habe darauf verzichtet, weil ich Bedenken hatte was falsch zu bedienen.

Für unsere Zwecke passende Unterkunft mit schlechtem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Seht ruhige Lage in Winterhude. Kurze Distanzen zu den Öffentlichen (U-Bahn, Bus). Golbekkanal nur 100m entfernt. Ideal für SUP, Kajak und Co. Gut ausgestattet Küche.

Matratzen sehr hart. Türen in der Unterkunft müssten eingestellt werden, da diese beim Schließen am Rahmen anstoßen. Spülbecken in der Küche hält kein Wasser. Waschbecken im Bad läuft schlecht ab. Duschtüren lassen sich nicht komplett schließen. Wenig Schränke für Klamotten, was bei längerer Aufenthaltsdauer bei 4 oder 5 Personen nicht schön ist.

Ligger dejligt tæt på offentlig transport, indkøbsmuligheder og fri parkering. Nem indtjekningen og udtjekning. Og nem adgang til at få tømt ens skraldespanden

Der manglede et par ting, blandt andet brødkniv, saks og så kunne der godt have været mere end et viskestykke. Hvis man sover i stuen, kan man høre naboerne. Så vær opmærksom på man skal være stille fra kl 22 ligsom de skal være stille der…

Im großen und ganzen ganz gut.

Alles war in Ordnung. Kaffeemaschine ist sehr gut, Kaffee war auch da. Danke dafür. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in ein paar Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn oder Bushaltestelle.

Die Heizung ging nur auf 3 zu stellen, es war kalt nachts unter diesen sehr dünnen Decken. Die großen Teller passen zwar in den Geschirrspüler, aber blockieren diesen Ventilator, aus dem Wasser in die Spülmaschine kommt. Es gibt keine Mülltrennung. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein verschlossener Kleiderschrank. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wohnung o.k., aber der bürokratische Weg dahin doch sehr holprig.

Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung. Etwas überteuert, aber Hamburg ist immer preislich speziell und die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Nett war, dass ein paar Getränke im Kühlschrank vorhanden waren. Danke dafür.

Ein Geschirrtuch wäre praktisch gewesen. Der Buchungsvorgang war ne Katastrophe. Meine Daten waren alle schon bei Booking reserviert, aber trotzdem muss alles nochmals eingegeben werden. Ist es dem Gastgeber Fa. Homaris bewusst, wie umständlich der online Check-In an einem Smartphone ist? Das Geburtsdatum kann nicht direkt eingegeben werden. Nicht einmal das Jahr. Man muss vom aktuellen Datum für jeden Monat zurückblättern. 12 Klicks pro Jahr! 120 Klicks pro Jahrzehnt! Ich habe über 600 Mal klicken müssen. Das ist doch unzumutbar. Bei der Ländereingabe derselbe Umstand. Reintippen geht nicht. Unter „D“ war kein Deutschland zu finden. Also vielleicht „G“ wie Germany? Nein, auch nicht. Ich habe dann „Deutschland“ aus einer anderen Datei reinkopiert. Die Überweisung der Kaution hat nicht geklappt. Konto etc. gedeckt. Keine Ahnung, wo sich das System aufgehängt hat. Bei meiner Bank? Bei Homaris? Ich habe es eine geschlagene Stunde immer wieder versucht. Warum es dann doch irgendwann funktionierte, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, da ich nichts "neues" probiert habe. Der Tür-Code wurde dann direkt eingeblendet. Dieser hat dann aber trotzdem nicht sofort funktioniert, da man noch ein # eingeben musste, was man aber erst wieder beim Lesen der App erfahren hat. Weshalb muss man überhaupt eine App von Homaris auf sein Telefon installieren? Nichts gegen anonymisierte Verwaltung, aber das war mir dann doch zu steril und schlicht weg auch zu kompliziert. Das habe ich überall schon einfacher erlebt.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Unterkunft sieht aus wie beschrieben. Küche hat soweit alles was man braucht.

Erst mal ist Check in erst ab 16 Uhr möglich, dafür muss man aber schon um 10 Uhr auschecken wenn man keine 40€ extra zahlen will… Das apartment riecht sehr modrig und unangenehm und richtig durchlüften kann man leider auch nicht… Das Putzzeug lag offen im Schlafzimmer rum Alleinreisende würde ich das Apartment auch nicht empfehlen. Es ist im Erdgeschoss und bei mir hat es die ganze Nacht immer wieder an der Tür geklopft…

Vi havde nogle rigtige gode dage, kan kun anbefale at booke denne lejlighed.

Det ligger i et meget roligt kvarter, med kun 5 min på gåben hen til Urban og så 10-15 min i toget til centrum. Gode gratis parkeringsmuligheder.

Helt nede i småtingsafdelingen, så trængte panelerne til en rengøring, væggen på badeværelset trængte også til en gang maling og sofaen var virkelig dårlig at sidde i. Men som sagt, så er det småting.

Küche zwar gut ausgestattet , Kaffeemaschine sogar mit Bohnen gehüllt aber nicht mal das nötigste was man braucht Bsp. Pfeffer ,Salz, Öl,,Zucker, vielleicht kleine Kaffeemischungen Päckchen. Zumindest kenne ich das so von bisherigen Wohnungen
