Beautiful place and good location but not suitable for a group more than 3

The place is clean and close to the station. The host cared about the property.

The place is nice but it has only one bathroom. It is not suitable for more than 3 people. Also the place has no lifts. It’s difficult if you have heavy luggage

Excellent Stay During GTC Paris

We stayed here during GTC last week at Porte de Versailles and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment was clean, stylish, and fully equipped — ideal for both work and rest. The location was perfect, just a 20.min walk from the venue, and the host was a truly outstanding and thoughtful host. Highly recommended — we’ll gladly return!

The host was very accommodating and went over and above what was required to surprise my wife on her 40th birthday getaway. Olivers preparation of the apartment made it special.

There is a coffee machine but no milk, also no tea making facilities. There was only sparkling water in the fridge and beer. It would have been nice to have still water.

Very pleasant staying!

The flat is quite new with a nice and artistic layout. Very comfortable to fit three of us. Plenty of room. It's just beside the S3 train line. Convenient to get to both the airport and the central station. People can enjoy cooking cause everything you need is there. I enjoyed the mornings sitting in the kitchen with the window open, drinking tea, and reading in the fresh breeze. Quiet and peaceful. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Oliver offered me to sit in the garden while waiting for the room to be ready because we came early from a hiking trip. During the stay, he frequently asked if we needed help. The cleaning lady brought us shampoo and shower gel due to the shops were closed on Sundays. Everything is clean.

Only the WIFI a bit of trouble. Comes and goes. Seems related to the network providers which Oliver couldn't do anything about.

Apartment is very nice, it has a wonderful covered terrace, plenty of toys or board games for the kids. It has very good access to the train station so you can quickly go to the center.

Fantastic location. Fabulous apartment that had everything you would need for short city break.

Fabulous apartment. Perfect for our travelling party of three adults and one child. Winter terrace was just superb on cold sunny days as the glass roof warmed room beautifully. Oliver and his staff were welcoming and so friendly. Location was fantastic. Approximately 50 metres from train station yet was incredibly quiet. Very comfortable beds. Supermarket was walking distance.

Very stylish apartment, great host, location is central but quiet. We were even welcomed with a fridge full of drinks. Thanks a lot for a great stay!

Only minor downside is that the flat only has one small bathroom which can be a bit challenging with 5-6 people.

Lovely little Apartment, with a nice kitchen, fabulous Bathroom, free WiFi and Television. Complementary drinks in the fridge. Shops and little Restaurants near by and just a 10 Minute walk to the Slater. Highly recommend.

Brilliant

Host was very friendly, could always be contacted and replied quickly. let us check in late (after midnight) and met us to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. Very kindly provided some free beer, wine and soft drinks which was much appreciated. Provided and ironing board and iron when we needed it and a fresh change of towels. Very clean throughout and beds were comfortable.

We thought we would be staying in the apartment displayed in the photos, however we were actually in the apartment next door which was still lovely but didn’t have the conservatory shown in the pictures. Pillows were quite thin and only one provided per person - could’ve done with 2 each. A bin in the bathroom would also be convenient.
