The Accommodation
The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated former cookie factory. This is where the famous “Kem’sche Kuchen” were once produced. The buildings have retained their traditional charm, so you’ll discover small remnants of the past even inside the apartment, such as a beautiful recessed column that serves as a support.

The livingand bedroom, there’s beautiful pitch pine flooring, so you won’t have cold feet even in winter. In the entryway, there’s a large built-in closet where you can easily store all your bags and suitcases. You’ll also find household items here, such as a clothes rack and an iron.

The open living area welcomes you with a dining table that seats up to 4 people and a small, fully equipped kitchenette. Just a few steps away, you can make yourself comfortable on the lovely couch in front of the smart TV. The couch is a high-quality convertible sofa that can be turned into a bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m.

From the living room, you have direct access to the bedroom with its comfortable 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, you can sleep soundly at any time without being disturbed by loud noises. A large closet offers plenty of storage space.

The living room also leads to the bathroom. In addition to the toilet, the bathroom features a shower and a washer with a dryer function. Natural light streams in through the window, bathing the bathroom in warm, natural hues.

Fresh towels and bed linens are provided. A hair dryer is also available for your use.

The kitchenette may not be large, but it’s equipped with everything you need for a good start to the day or a balanced meal. In addition to the stove and oven, you’ll also find a Nespresso coffee machine and a small selection of exquisite coffee and tea varieties.

There are other guest apartments from different providers located below and next to this apartment in the building, so you may run into other people outside your door.

Arriving by Car
In general, a parking permit is required in this resident parking zone during the regulated hours, with a maximum fee of 10 euros per day.
These regulated hours apply on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Designated electric vehicles may park free of charge when using a parking disc, subject to the maximum parking duration indicated.


Lost and found items can be picked up free of charge at our central office in Hamburg or for a flat-rate handling fee of 20 euros plus insured shipping costs.
