KASEA Hamburg - Dammtor Messe Premium City Apartments

Sehr schönes Apartment in toller Lage. Wir fanden es sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Kaffeekapseln, Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren inklusive. Fragen wurden vorab unkompliziert, nett und schnell beantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolge Kontaktlos und unproblematisch. Alles war vorab perfekt beschrieben und einfach zu finden. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr bequem. Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls direkt vor dem Apartment. Diese sind Kostenpflichtig von 09:00-20:00 Uhr. Was für uns aber kein Problem war. Kleine Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten jedoch aber insgesamt top und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es könnte an einigen Stellen noch etwas mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden. (In den Ecken). Insgesamt war es aber schon sauber und ordentlich. Der Kühlschrank ist leider sehr klein. Ein etwas größerer wäre nicht schlecht aber auch kein großes Problem.

I liked the location, which is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and the convenience of being able to park right next to the accommodation. I also appreciated the host's responsiveness when we accidentally locked ourselves out by slamming the door with the key left inside.

It was a little difficult to find the correct apartment since there were three apartments in the same building, but fortunately the host was very responsive and quickly helped us. A full-size refrigerator would have been appreciated, as the small under-counter fridge was not really sufficient. We also would have liked a dish drying rack, as there wasn't one and there was very little counter space to let the dishes dry. Finally, only one of the electrical outlets was working, but fortunately there was an extension cord and a power strip available, which solved the problem. There was also a small puddle of water that remained on the bathroom floor near the shower, and the ventilation did not seem to work well. Combined with the humid weather, the apartment stayed damp and was only properly ventilated by leaving the door slightly open.

Die Räumlichkeiten müssen vorab besser gelüftet werden. Bei 3x Personenbelegung sollte mehr als eine Toilettenrolle im Bad vorhanden sein. Ebenso sollte bei einem WC/Bad ohne Fenster die Lüftung funktionieren.
