Beautiful space for a group gettaway weekend.

It was very clean, had a lovely outdoor space and, although a tighter squeeze, was perfect for a group of 6.

The bathroom window would not open so it did mean that it was quite damp. But that is very minor

Spacious apartment in great location

The apartment is in a decent residential area with easy access to public transportation. Interior is nicely decorated and spacious. We have a wonderful holiday break there.

I had a wonderful experience in this apartment located at Rappstraße 18, in the elegant Rothenbaum district of Hamburg. It is a bright, spacious place, tastefully decorated. Everything is thoughtfully designed, from the modern, balanced interior to the fully equipped amenities that offer all the comfort you need. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a fresh and relaxing atmosphere throughout the day – exactly what you need after a day of exploring the city or working. The neighborhood is quiet yet central, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, cafés, and cultural attractions. The host was attentive and welcoming, and communication was excellent. I highly recommend this place! Perfect for a city break, a business trip, or a longer stay in Hamburg.

Gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, die Betten sehr bequem. Es ist ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Viertel, mit sehr guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war im Großen und Ganzen ausreichend, gut und sauber. Eine kleinere Beanstandung am Fernseher wurde sofort behoben, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat jederzeit geklappt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Man kann sich dort sehr wohlfühlen.

Bei der Küchenausstattung hätte ich persönlich mir noch ein paar wenige Dinge gewünscht, um Salat zu machen, wie eine kleine Schleuder oder eine manuelle Zitruspresse. Die W-lan-Verbindung war etwas instabil. Möglicherweise lag dies aber auch am Wetter, da wir bei einem heftigen Wintereinbruch dort waren.

Tolle Ferienwohnung- auch mit 5 Personen

Optische Ausstattung echt gelungen - gemütliche Fensterbänke. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Bad war nicht abschließbar - das benötigt bei 5 Personen ein wenig Abstimmung.

Wir waren zu viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und perfekt waren für uns die zwei Schlafzimmer.

Die gute Lage, sehr zentral, mitten im Grindel

Durch die Lage im Souterrain ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel, im Sommer bestimmt sehr angenehm. Im Herbst/ Winter müssen Entfeuchtungsgeräte laufen (zumindest tagsüber) Es gibt in der Straße keine Parkmöglichkeiten.

Joli appartement, très bien équipé. Bonne literie. Il y a une terrasse qui donne sur un jardin qui doit être très agréable lorsque le temps le permet. Quartier residentiel très agréable avec des resto tout près ainsi qu’un super marché qui reste ouvert tard.

Schöne Tage in einer schönen Ecke Hamburgs

Superschöne Lage, schönes Haus. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es wurde auch Wert auf das Design gelegt.

Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht wirklich gemütlich, hier liegt der Akzent nicht auf Aufenthaltsqualität sondern auf der Schaffung zusätzlicher Schlafmöglichkeiten. Das Bad ist schon sehr eng.

Ei ihan mitä odotimme

Sijainti hienolla alueella, hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Asunto on sisustettu kauniiksi. Majoittaja reagoi yllättäviin tilanteisiin nopeasti ja auttoi ratkaisemaan ongelmia.

Asunnon kuvista ei käynyt täysin ilmi,että asunto on kellarikerroksessa. Kadulta oli suora näkymä asuntoon. Asunto oli myös aika kylmän kostea, varsinkin lattiat olivat kylmät. Asunnossa oli pyykinpesukone mutta emme löytäneet pyykinpesuainetta (luulimme astianpesukoneen tableteiksi) emmekä telinettä missä pyykkejä voisi kuivattaa. Asunnossa oli ohjelappuja mutta suurin osa niistä oli saksan kielellä. Avainboksi meni jumiin ensimmäisenä päivänä ja olimme yhteydessä majoittajaan.

Perfekt für uns als kleine Familie

Wunderschöne Lage, gemütliche Wohnung im Souterrain, tolle moderne Ausstattung (es gibt sogar ein Körbchen mit Spielen / Büchern für Kinder), gemütliche Betten, stylisches Badezimmer, perfekt ausgestattete Küche (sogar mit Waschtrockner und Spülmaschine), kleine Terasse mit Hinterhofgarten, alles da, was man braucht, freundliche Gastgeberin - alles in allem perfekt!

Zentrales Apartment für kleine Gruppen mit allem was man braucht

Alles ist super erklärt und die Betreuung war zuverlässig. Das Bad ist toll renoviert und die wichtigsten Dinge waren vorhanden (auch zusätzliche Handtücher und Bettwäsche). Wasserdruck top! Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt - das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finde ich sehr fair.

Man konnte die Fenster zur Straße raus nicht richtig abdunkeln (ich empfehle eine Schlafmaske) und die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Das Badezimmer ist nicht abschließbar und die Tür ist schwer zu schließen, aber mit ausreichend Absprache lässt sich das natürlich regeln. Die Eingangstür ist nicht sehr hoch, sodass man sich schnell den Kopf stößt (ein Hinweis oder Farbmarkierung wäre hilfreich). Eine Möglichkeit zur Abdunkelung der Wohnungstür wäre auch super. Die Matratzen waren für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart. Der Fußboden war super kalt, es empfiehlt sich Hausschuhe mitzubringen wenn möglich.

Frau Farcas, hat Ihre Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der kleine Garten hinten raus, war wie ich im Nachhinein finde, sehr wichtig für mich. Ich konnte nach aufreibenden Geschäftstagen in Hamburg, sehr wichtig. Ich hatte die Gelegenheit noch etwas an der frischen Luft zu sitzen ohne auf Menschen zu treffen.
