In Summe können wir die Ferienwohnung empfehlen.

Ein insgesamt sehr positives Erlebnis. Gut Platz für vier Personen. Im Schwarzlichtkeller kann man genauso unterhaltsam Zeit verbringen wie mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Gesellschaftsspielen. Die Außenalster ist fußläufig erreichbar und bietet Naherholung. Die Bushaltestelle mit der Linie "Endhaltestelle Miniatur Wunderland" ist keine 200 weit entfernt. U-Bahn-Haltestellen sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorbildlich (mindestens seitens des Gastgebers wie ich das beurteilen kann).

Nicht gefallen ist hier relativ. Die Ferienwohnung ist ein ehemaliges Ladengeschäft mit den zu erwartenden Nachteilen. Das Geschäft lag natürlich an einer Hauptstraße, wobei der Straßenlärm bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu lästig ist (Schlafzimmerfenster sind auch der Straße abgewandt). Der Wohnbereich ist der ehemalige Laden, weswegen man hinter der Eingangstür direkt im Wohnbereich angekommen ist. Kein wirklicher Nachteil, aber etwas ungewöhnlich. Und man sollte sich überlegen mit Zug und Bus anzureisen. Ein Platz für sein eigenes Fahrzeug ist Dank Anwohnerparken nicht unmöglich, aber man wird eher etwas weiter entfernt von der Wohnung fündig. Was aber für Hamburg in der Lage nicht überraschend sein sollte.
