I reserved and paid for 7 people, but all was prepared only for five. No bed sheets and towels. More then 55€ per person

I am already 12 years Booking customer and it was the first time, I had to pay extra 150€ deposit for potential damages. People were standing for an hour on the street, until they charged my credit card. Amazing, when Booking is my quarant.

The apartment is well equipped, quiet, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to a metro station and only two stops away from the airport. There are two supermarkets nearby, one is a very big one with a wide choice of goods. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet.

Tolle Lage, Einrichtung ok, sauber

Die Küche und das Bad können nicht beheizt werden, dadurch ist die gesamte Wohnung kalt. Duschen in der Kälte sehr unangenehm. Die Betten sind sehr weich, Kopfkissen nicht angenehm. Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich schön, aber verbesserungs würdig! Leider sind die 2 Wohnungen durch eine Innen Tür getrennt, wodurch man die Personen in der Nebenwohnung hört, als würden sie am Tisch sitzen.

La suciedad( encontramos 1 botella d plastico debajo d la cama llena d polvo! Las plantas artificiales llenas de polvo, los cabeceros de las camas igual!!! Asqueroso, armarios con candados y no poder guardar la ropa, eramos 2 adultos con 4 niños

Nie wieder diese Wohnung.

Nur das Sofa.

Dreckig das Bad unterm Bett und Teppich verschmutzt. Schimmel. Schlimm war auch dieses online einchecken. Eine Katastrophe, weil davon vorher keine Rede war, und ich die Kreditkarte nicht nutzen konnte, weil ich sie nicht mitgenommen habe. Von 150€ Kaution war vorher auch keine Rede. Hoffe bekomme es zurück. Alles viel zu teuer für die Wohnung. Sind sehr enttäuscht. Das Bad ist so klein, das man beim Zähneputzen nasse Füße bekommt. Klo kaputt, der Unterbau Schrank ist aufgeweicht. Es stinkt da moderig ,feucht.

Super ebenerdige Wohnung in super Lage mit Reinigungsproblem

Ebenerdiger Zugang zur Wohnung ist sehr familienfreundlich. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage und Nähe zur U-Bahn. Sogar Parkplätze waren einigermaßen gut nutzbar.

Die Wohnung wurde bevor wir sie betreten haben offensichtlich nicht gereinigt. Der Kontakt zum Service hat uns zwar Ermäßigung versprochen, aber nicht eingehalten. Selbst saugen war schwierig, der Beutel war voll. Ein klein wenig mehr Mühe bitte!

Sehr gut mit kleinen Abstrichen

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gut. Gute Lage, gute Anbindung an ÖPNV, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, unkomplizierter Check-in mit Türcode. Wir haben das Apartment jedoch lediglich zum Schlafen genutzt und waren die meiste Zeit unterwegs.

Check-in leider erst ab 16 Uhr ohne Aufpreis möglich, das ist im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern relativ spät. Es gehört sich außerdem nicht, die Putzkolonne vor der angegebenen Check-out-Zeit (10 Uhr) ins Apartment zu schicken, während die Gäste noch drin sind. Wir wurden außerdem von den Putzleuten darauf hingewiesen, dass ja bald Check-out sei, da war es 9:47 Uhr.

Extrem hellhörig (man hört wirklich jedes Wort von Nebenan) - das ist eigentlich schon ein KO Kriterium und kann man so nicht anbieten Keine Zimmertür schließt richtig (ungünstig mit Kindern) Schimmel im Bad
