Boardinghouse Rosenstraße

Great location, less than 15 minutes form the train station and also near the city centre. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and had tea/coffee, etc. to get us started. The bathroom was roomy, with a very good shower. As we were so central, we ended up not being in the apartment that much because there was lots to see and do nearby.

While the bedrooms were bright and airy, the seating area was to the back of the building and was a little bit dark (we were on the first floor).

The location is very central with easy access to trains. Nice quiet area and plenty of restaurants nearby

The host was proactive and prepared the key for us just in case we arrive late ( my flight was delayed). They are also very accomodating even something that wasn't included in the facility. The location was great - near station / central area. There was a nice waffle place near by, which my sons really loved. All in all, it was great place to stay and explore the city. Highly reccomended!

- Great location, just a few mins walk from the main train station and tourist attractions & old town. - Spacious apartment, the kitchen has everything you need.

- There was construction work on the same floor that was carried out by Boardinghouse, which ruined our stay. The construction work started around 9:30, including drilling and breaking stuff, which was very loud. The hotel staff should have informed us in advance, in which case we wouldn't have stayed there. When we expressed our opinion at the check-out, the hotel staff simply said "Sorry" with a half-smile. That's not a professional attitude. - Bed and especially the pillows were extremely uncomfortable
