Really nice old-style property, spacious and clean. Nearby public transport to city etc.

Location very good - in university area behind Dammtor Station. Location 10m walk from Dammtor or Sternschanze. There was a No 5 and No 6 bus at the end of nearby Grindelallee which took us to the places we wanted to reach in the city centre and harbour area. The apartment was very much to our liking and comfortable, three big bedrooms, big kitchen, TV room, huge bathroom with bath and shower and a separate loo as well. The cleaning team had done an excellent job. It was an excellent place to accommodate our family rendezvous (two children, two parents, two grandparents).

The owner was very helpful making arrangements to allow us into the apartment early but unfortunately that didn't work out as planned because the previous short-term tenants had left a big mess! We got a key from the neighbour to drop off our luggage while the cleaning operation continued. Unfortunately the dishwasher needed repair, which meant we had to wash everything by hand - but these things happen.

Es war perfekt für uns drei Pärchen!

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. In 3 Minuten war man an der nächsten Bushaltestelle und war in kurzer Zeit am Hafen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend!!

Alles da was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht

Ruhig trotz Nähe zur Strasse, sehr gute ÖV Anbindung, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Vermieter ist gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hätten sogar noch Gepäck dalassen dürfen bis zum Abflug.

Die Schlüsselbox ist nicht selbsterklärend. Ich musste anrufen, dann hat der Vermieter aber gleich geholfen. Man muss vor dem Haus zu einem Kellerabgang, da hat es drei Boxen. Die mit Nr 1 ist diejenige für die Wohnung.

Für unseren Wochenendausflug zu sechst eine perfekte Unterkunft :-)

Toller Altbau. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und sehr schön renoviert. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und mit prima Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Auch zu Fuß sind die Entfernungen zu den Hotspots nicht weit :-)

In der Küche Unterschrank Spüle hätte es noch ein bisschen sauberer sein können. Und die Terasse könnte man netter gestalten.

Sehr nette Wohnung in bester Lage mit kleinen verzeihbaren Mankos

Gut, perfekte Lage und für unsere Belange vollkommen ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr schön, es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sehr netter Vermieter, der schnell und unkompliziert reagiert.

Betten zu weich, einige Rauchmelder waren nicht richtig installiert, keine Handtuchhaken im Bad, die Tür zum Gäste-WC ist verzogen, so das man reingucken kann, die Situation mit dem Schlüssel und der Lage des Schlüsseltresors (nur ein Satz Schlüssel für 6 Personen und der Schlüsseltresor an einer Tür, die man nur über eine steile Treppe ohne Geländer erreicht), das Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Und diese Treppe in der Wohnung, die ins Nix führt, erschließt sich mir leider überhaupt nicht.

Schön, aber zu teuer

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. In der Nähe von Bus- und Bahn-Haltestellen, Supermärkten, Restaurants. Die Wohnung war groß und schön eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber hat immer schnell reagiert.

Es gab einige Zwischenfälle, die wir mit dem Gastgeber geklärt haben. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unzufrieden.
