Weniger ruhig, da Baustelle im Innenhof & an der Hauptstraße gelegen. Aber alles gut gedämmt, wenn Fenster geschlossen!!!

Lo que más nos ha gustado es la ubicación de la vivienda y la tranquilidad del barrio. A pesar de que dos de los dormitorios daban a una avenida importante, no se oía ruido. Que sepamos, cerca del apartamento hay dos supermercados bien abastecidos. También hay bares y restaurantes en la zona, así como algún que otro sitio para desayunar. Se trata de un apartamento reformado, en un buen edificio a muy poca distancia del Ayuntamiento. El apartamento, en la segunda planta, no tiene ascensor. Nuestra valoración, en general, es positiva, salvo alguna cosa que nos gustaría que se mejorase para un futuro.
El menaje de cocina se queda corto. Por ejemplo, faltaba un recipiente donde poder hacer una ensalada. Nosotros tuvimos que utilizar una olla. En realidad el apartamento está pensado para 6 personas, pero solo hay una estancia común, que es la cocina, que cuenta con una mesa cómoda para un máximo de 5 personas. La tercera habitación cuenta con un mini cuarto de baño, con una ventana que da al exterior y no tiene cortina para que no te puedan ver desde fuera. Nosotros tuvimos que utilizar unos cojines para que no nos vieran los operarios que estaban construyendo la casa de enfrente. Además la ventana de este recinto no cerraba adecuadamente. Por otro lado dentro de la propia habitación, había una ducha en la que no salía agua caliente, cuando se utilizaba al mismo tiempo que la ducha del baño común. Creemos que estos fallos son fáciles de solventar por parte del anfitrión, y lo animamos a ello dado que el apartamento merece la pena.

The location is excellent. It is easy to access with public transportation and one is in walking distance to all kind of downtown attractions.
There are two apartments. We had booked the bigger of the two apartments but to our surprise we got the smaller one. The picture for the booking changed as soon as the full amount was charged. For our needs the apartment was way too small. The extra room we booked was missing. We were 4 adults and two small children. We had three bedrooms and a very small kitchen, which was sparely equipped. The cooking field was 2 places and there was no space to prepare or cut food. The pots had no lid and the stove no baking sheet. Cooking was a challenge. The only room we 6 could meet was the kitchen and we had to spend all day and night at the kitchen table if we were at the apartment. Since we travelled with small children were spent a lot of time at the apartment. The apartment has one full bathroom. One shower is in one bedroom and a tiny freezing toilet is attached to that bedroom too. Additionally, there is a third toilet.
