We had a really good stay. Perfect location for us. Would return.

Layout in living room could have been better. Dining table would be better at other side of room, away from the TV, and both loungers moved to other side of room. Maybe having a sofa bed instead of a large bed would give extra comfy seating in living room. Elsewhere in the property was great.

Très bon spot pour un séjour entre amis et pour découvrir Hambourg

Emplacement au top pour être un peu au calme mais à 2 pas de l'hyper centre via la ligne 2 du métro. Appartement correspond aux photos, plus à considérer comme dortoir que pour réellement vivre à 10 dedans, mais on était là bas pour visiter la ville et pas pour 24/24 dans l'appart. Entreprise qui gère l'hébergement dispo en permanence.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist einigermaßen gut ausgestattet. Gefehlt haben leider jedoch Handtücher für die Hände.

Das Bett im Wohnzimmer könnte eine neue Matratze vertragen, das Waschbecken war noch dreckig von den Vormietern (Haare etc.). Es fehlten Plastiktüten für den Hausmüll. Außerdem sollte man sich bewusst sein, dass die Lautstärke gemessen wird, dazu ist ein Deckenmelder installiert! Obwohl wir uns nur unterhalten haben und keine Musik gespielt haben, wurden wir mehrmals telefonisch ermahnt und letztlich sogar von einem unfreundlichen Mitarbeiter besucht. Es wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass wir teilweise über 70 dB laut gewesen seien sollen. Wenn das nicht in Ordnung ist, sollte man den Schallschutz vielleicht mal überdenken und nicht an Gruppen bis zu 8 Leuten vermieten! Zudem wurde die Lautstärke natürlich direkt über dem Esstisch gemessen. Das Apartment ist einzig und allein wegen des akzeptablen Preises empfehlenswert.

Enttäuschend.

Die Wohnung ist ebenerdig und dadurch gut zu erreichen.

Bei unserer Ankunft stand ein voller Müllsack im Wohnraum, den wir in die unangenehm riechende Küche verfrachteten. Die Spülmaschine lief bei unserer Ankunft. Auf dem Tisch fanden wir "zur Begrüßung" eine angebrochene Flasche Mineralwasser vor. In einem der Schlafräume gibt es einen Wandschrank, der halb geöffnet war, sich aber auch nicht schließen ließ. Darin befanden sich neben der Elektrik alte Holzleisten, kreuz und quer. Die Ecken der Kokosteppiche standen so hoch, dass man darüber stolperte. Als wir nach dem Abendessen zurück kamen, war die Spülmaschine ausgeräumt, aber der Müll immer noch nicht entsorgt. Dass die Wohnung seitens des Vermieters nach unserem Einzug erneut betreten wurde, ist sehr sehr ungewöhnlich, um es höflich auszudrücken.

Für eine Gruppe, die lediglich einen Schlafplatz sucht sehr gut.

Trotz einiger anfänglicher Mängel (fehlendes Bettzeug aufgrund eines Kommunikationsproblems und nur dürftige Sauberkeit) hat man sich schnell um uns gekümmert. Unsere Bedenken wurden ernst genommen und innerhalb einer Stunde behoben. Die Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine & dazugehörigen Tabs plus Bettzeug, etc. war sehr gut. Auch der Seifenspender ist in einer Wohnung nicht selbstverständlich.

2 der Betten waren im Wohnzimmer, das zusätzlich an der Straße lag. Daher war die Lautstärke für einige von uns ein Problem. Die Sauberkeit war bei Anreise leider eher dürftig. Es sah nicht so aus als sei überhaupt geputzt worden. Wie oben beschrieben wurde uns aber schnell geholfen.

Kurzer spontaner Aufenthalt, top Appartement, top Lage

Schöne große Zimmer, Lage war toll, umliegende Restaurants super, wir haben uns alle wohlgefühlt.

Im großen und ganzen alles super, ein Ofen wäre aber auch noch sehr gut, vor allem wenn man vllt für länger dort bleiben würde. Auch mehr bzw vor allem andere Fernsehsender wären toll gewesen.
