Great location in the heart of Hamburg’s tourist attractions

We had a lovely stay in this very well located apartment. The living area is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is located within walking distance to a large number of attractions and to bus and train services. Our host kept us well informed and was very supportive with all details.

As we were aware there are 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment.

Good location for Minature Wonderland and exploring Hamburg. Large property.

Furniture was very old and cheap. Skylights in main bedroom meant the room was very bright early in the morning so different to sleep. Bedding and pillows not very good. No air con so very hot.

Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage mit Abstrichen in der Wohnqualität

Die zentrale Lage

Die Wohnung sieht auf den Bildern wertiger aus, als sie in Wirklichkeit ist. Ausstattung zum Teil eher ramschig. Gebäude ist alt. Das Treppenhaus ist ungepflegt. Stufen sind aufgetreten und schief, die Treppen lösen sich zum Teil von den Wänden. Der Aufstieg in die dritte Etage ist für ältere Personen sehr mühsam. Der Boden der Wohnung sowie die Wände sind sehr schief. Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht schließen. Die Fenster zur Straße sind völlig undicht und ziehen. Andere Lüftungsmöglichkeit recht aufwendig über Dachkuppelfenster mit Drehstange. Im Bad roch es unangenehm.

Man skal være forberedt på at det udefra ser meget snusket ud samt at hele lejligheden var skæv, døre kunne ikke lukke og der var utrolig varmt.

Apartamento grande y limpio en una localización genial al lado del Speicherstadt.

La ubicación sin duda es excepcional, a 2 minutos del precioso barrio de Speicherstadt y sus canales. La calle es super tranquila y no hay nada de ruido ni molestias con los vecinos. El apartamento está decorado con gusto y es bastante grande.

El vestíbulo y la escalera común está muy anticuada (un tercer piso sin ascensor) y resulta un poco incomodo cruzarse con los vecinos particulares de las otras viviendas. Es una pena que el apartamento no tenga mejores vistas, a pesar de tener unos buenos ventanales en el salón teniendo en cuenta la localización en la que está. Las habitaciones y la cocina no tienen ventanas practicables, se iluminan con unos bonitos lucernarios, pero en días calurosos falta algo de ventilación natural.
