Nice stay

Very great location. Easy and close transport facilities. Close to shopping mall and super markets and even banking facilities. The pleasure of having own bathroom and kitchen facilities in room is excellent idea.

Small gem in heart of Hamburg.

Quiet, well located apartment with all that you need for your stay. Just across the street from the multi store car park. Keys collection was excellent and the apartment was very clean. You can stay in this apartment for long periods of time as it was well equipped with kitchen appliances and we even got fizz cola as welcome gift.

Coffee provided at the property was terrible :(. We also missed the dressing gowns as advertised at the property. Big warning about cooking in the property - smoke can cause smoke detectors to go off and guess then pays for the fire brigade call out. So, not really suitable for cooking. Property car park not available, near by car parking costs 28EUR per day.

This place was simply perfect, with a good location, a lovely layout, and a beautiful balcony. Welcome soft drinks and coffee, speaker, well equipped kitchen. Close to edeka supermarket, Rossman, and coffee bars.

The apartment is wonderful, no complaints at all.

A couple of weeks before my stay, I received an invoice for a city tax, which I was asked to pay by bank transfer “at least five days before my arrival.” First of all, a city tax never has to be paid in advance because if the guest doesn’t show up, it won’t be due. Second, why would I need to pay by bank transfer (expensive and complicated from the US) when the hotel has my credit card information? I obviously ignored the request, and when my credit card was charged a couple of days before my stay, I assumed I had paid everything in full. Then the day after I checked out, I received the invoice again, “payable upon receipt.” I reported this to booking.com and asked where in my reservation this tax was indicated. Long story short, since ipartments never declared that tax, booking.com ended up paying for it. It’s a small amount, but it seems unprofessional to indicate on the booking that all taxes are included and then add one later. The checkin didn’t go smoothly either. They sent me the wrong code for the front door. After calling multiple times, I was finally given the correct one. There is also supposedly staff available from 15:00 to 18:00, but I never saw anyone. I remember ringing the office bell, but no one answered. Finally, I received several unnecessary messages from ipartments, but they never answered any of mine (such as my question about bicycle parking).

Good experience overall, but facilities did not resolve one of the main issues I had.

The amenities of the room had everything you might need. Including kitchen utensils, towels and washing liquids and soaps. The location was great, easy to get to every corner of the city. Complementary snacks and drinks were a very nice touch to the stay, ad it sets a positive, welcoming mood for the entire stay.

I had a problem with my bed. Which I adressed with the facilities, and a representative has even come to check up on me, but afterwards there was no resolution. And the bed was relatively uncomfortable to sleep in because of the issue. If I didn’t have that issue I think the stay would have been perfect.

Well located, easy check-in and clean room.

It was a business trip. I liked the location and the check-in was super easy. Room is small, comfortable for one person. There is a bus stop, right in front of the hotel. Just 200m away you will find a supermarket, some coffee and food places as well.

On one occasion there was a foul smell in the bathroom. I could not figure out why and since it was there only for few mins, I did not inform anyone. But other than that the room was clean.

Very good

The location is very convenient and close to where I work. in general a very nice area. Check in was contactless and very smooth. the room was clean and well equipped with almost everything you need.

It could be a bit too loud in the evening since it's so close to a major street. There was no cutting board in the kitchen, nor shower gel in the bathroom, which I think could be added. The cleaning lady started knocking on the door since 9am on the check out day. I felt a bit sorry that she had to wait for me to clear out in the hallway so I rushed to finish packing. But the official check out time is supposed to be until 11am so it probably shouldn't have happened like that.

Very good stay, BUT poor Host communication during stay. No Soap.

The things I really like are the things I look for when I travel alone myself. I look for unbiased reviews, and I take reviews seriously. Hence, I am writing one. The topmost things that attracted me to this apartment were the location. I got off from the airport train at Berliner Tor station and then Bus #2 drops straight at the doorstep of the apartment location. The property is well located at speicherstadt & hafencity and literally is the tourist spot where everybody comes and takes pictures. The best thing was the location, buses 111, 2, and 6 serve well this property that connects important parts of the town. The property itself was very clean, had nice WiFi (never had issues during my 4-day stay), the kitchen facilities and bed were super comfy with a great view. The air-conditioning was just perfect with good control. The Television was a decent size with inbuilt Netflix so I logged in and had good entertainment. The table and chair were comfy for my laptop work. The best thing is the flat is very private with free laundry facilities. You don't need to go to check-in in person and can have a nice comfy and Private stay. But, read the things I disliked underneath (very important).

First, there was a SINGLE pillow. Like a huge pillow of my body size. It was a little dodgy but I slept well. I wish they had better and more pillows. Second, there was a heated Towel Rack tumble dryer, which does not work nor did I find a button to it. The HOST did not reply (annoying). There was NO body wash...NO handsoap... I had to go to Edeka next door (thank God) to buy my own. Surprisingly there were dishwasher tablets but no basic handwash or body shower gel/soap. The annoying bit was the host did not reply to the messages and respond to requests for the above things during my stay.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt

Super Lage für meine Vorhaben. Check in war neu für mich, hat aber, als ich den Eingang gefunden hatte, gut geklappt. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm ruhig. Bei geöffnetem Fenster hörte man hauptsächlich den Verkehr, sonst kaum etwas.

Leider nur eine Kaffeekapsel für meinen Aufenthalt, daher keinen Kaffee zum Frühstück. Teebeutel hätte ich selbst mitbringen müssen, war mir nicht bewußt. Müsste den Wasserhahn an der Spüle erst mal etwas reinigen, damit das Wasser nicht überall hin spritzte.

Lage in der Speicherstadt TOP, Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus, viel zu Fuß zu erreichen, Ausblick vom 7. Stock klasse, breites Bett, Küchenzeile, Bügelbrett vorhanden, Tresor vorhanden, Unproblematischer Einlass (Türcode), Zimmerschlüssel in Safe.

Abwicklung vor Anreise war sehr freundlich und professionell, angetroffenes Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit

Teilweise schon heruntergekommen, vor allem im Flur (angestossene Türen und Wände, Teppich sehr dreckig); Anreisezeiten nicht flexibel, Schlüssel wurde ohne weitere Mitteilung aus dem Safe entfernt; keine Handtücher im Zimmer, nur ein bereits benutztes; Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber.

Völlig ausreichend zum übernachten.

Per Mail im Vorfeld alles detailliert und einfach erklärt bekommen. Somit war ein leichtes Spiel vor Ort.

Bei der Buchung und Ausstattungserklärung war dann das tatsächliche Zimmer etwas enttäuschend. Die Bilder, die zu dem gebuchten Zimmer hinterlegt waren, haben nicht gepasst und somit hat man sich auf ein Zimmer gefreut, dass eine Kategorie höher war. Selbiges Spiel in der Ausstattung. Hab mich auf Doppelbett gefreut und bekommen hab ich ein einzellbett.

Auf jeden Fall wiederholungswürdig

Lage in einem nicht alltäglichen Ambiente. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Natürlich war der kurze Weg zum Hafen spitze.

Den Balkon/Terrasse hatten wir größer erwartet. Der Kühlschrank war eindeutig zu laut (mussten wir nachts ausschalten). Anfahrt zum Parkhaus könnte noch besser beschrieben sein.

Keine Klimaanlage im Sommer und weitere Defizite

Lage, kontaktloser Check-in

Nie wieder buchen wir bei ipartment! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage nur eine Lüftung! Dies ist lt. dezentralen telefonischen Kundenhotline (Köln) nicht nur in Hamburg so! Bei Ankunft hatten wir eine Außentemeratur von mehr als 33 Grad und gesundheitsbedenklichen Zimmertemperatur von über 28,5 Grad!. Das Zimmer hatte eine Süd-West Ausrichtung und somit brachte die Öffnung der Balkontür rein gar nichts. Der dezentraler telefonische Kundendienst (Köln) kannte das Problem und bot lediglich einen Ventilator an, der jedoch erst am nächsten Tag ins Zimmer gestellt werden konnte und wurde. Aktiver Kundenservice sieht anders aus! Ein gesunder und erholsamer Schlaf war auch mit offener Balkontür nicht möglich!!! Der im Zimmer befindliche Kühlschrank ist so laut, dass man das TV-Gerät lauter drehen muss. In den Schlaf finden in den kurzen Pausen des Gerätes ist schwierig. Offensichtlich hat noch niemand von ipartment hier übernachtet, dann hätte man diese und weitere Mängel bemerkt und behoben! Der nächtliche Feueralarm um ca. 03:30 Uhr, ausgelöst im Hotel das sich im gleichen Gebäude befindet, war dann noch ein weiteres "Highlight", auf das man verzichten kann! Insgesamt gibt es wesentlich bessere Apartments bzw. Apartmenthotels in Hamburg in dieser Preiskategorie!

Gutes Apartment zu akzeptablem Preis in der Jafen City

Das Einchecken war unkompliziert und hat gut funktioniert. Das Apartment war vollkommen in Ordnung ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und von der Qualität gut. Lage ist gut für die Buslinie 2 und 6, die im 10 min Takt viel Zentrales abdecken. Fußläufig zum Hbf und zum riesigen Westfield Shoppingcenter. Die HafenCity bietet viel kulinarische Vielfalt.

Leider war ein Fenster leicht beschädigt, sodass es in der gekippten Position nicht zuverlässig offen blieb. Es könnte neben der App auch eine schriftliche Karte geben mit Hinweisen, zB zum Checkout.

Angenehmer Kurz-Aufenthalt in Hamburg

Top Lage, Apartment für eine kurze Zeit OK. Bett schön groß. Alles da was man benötigt. Die Hafen-City bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und zum Einkaufen.

Bett ist mir zu weich, konnte trotzdem gut schlafen. Bei offenem Fenster ist „Hamburg“ und die Lage an der Straße sehr laut, Nachts aber dennoch OK.

Heerlijk verblijf

De lokatie was heel goed. Dicht bij winkels, restaurants, cafe’s e.d. Je loopt zo naar de rivier en je bent ook snel in het centrum.

De aanvullende parkeer service in de garage onder het pand was vooraf geregeld maar de informatie voorziening hierover ontbrak. Toegang? Parkeerkaart trekken? Nummerbord herkenning? Het was onduidelijk. Dan maar een kaartje trekken bij de slagboom. Navraag gedaan via het service e-mail adres en snel reactie ontvangen. Wat bleek bij de sleutel van de accommodatie zat ook een pasje voor toegang tot de garage. Aan het pasje was het niet te zien dat deze voor parkeren was. Even opnieuw de auto naar binnen gereden met het pasje. Beter was geweest als bij de info mail ook instructies voor parkeren waren toegevoegd 😁

Ich kann das Ipartment empfehlen für kürzere Aufenthalte.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür ab. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Elphi, Maritime Museum, Miniatureisenbahn sind fusslaeufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Die Betten waren gut, die Kopfkissen dagegen waren wie ein Watteberg und völlig ungeeignet.wir waren 4 Wochen dort, aber Zimmerreinigung und Handtuch und Bettenwechsel ist leider nur alle 14Tage. Das Bad ist schön aber sehr eng.

Das ipartment liegt direkt in der Speicherstadt am Überseeboulevard mit zahlreichen Shops und Restaurants. Das Apartment verfügt über alles, was man braucht, sogar eine Nespresso Maschine inkl Kapseln. Der Check-in war reibungslos mit Zugangscode und Zimmerschlüssel im Schließfach. Alles war sauber.

XS - Appartement für eine Person gerade ausreichend, Fenster lässt sich nur in geringem Winkel kippen… beim Kochen oder Braten dringend das Fenster öffnen und ggf. mit offener Zimmertür Durchzug erzeugen, damit der Rauchmelder nicht auslöst…
