Location was great, comfortable bed. Complimentary water, wine and all kitchen appliances

The rooms could do with a deep clean. Cobwebs everywhere and the ceiling light was hanging off. Shower has lots of limescale and dirt buildup. Despite turning down the heat on the wall control, the radiators stayed boiling hot. Had to sleep with the windows open. The noise from upstairs was so loud.

Great for a week's stay in Hamburg

Excellent location - easy to walk to the apartment from the Hauptbahnhof. Really useful check-in information and clear information for check out. Easy to walk into the city centre as well as use local public transportation. The apartment had everything we needed for a week-long stay; we had the apartment on the top floor and appreciated the quiet and privacy it had. Good to be able to leave luggage after check out, too. There was access to a washing machine - while we didn't need it, this is really useful to have for a longer stay.

Maintenance men started working in the building in the basement below our apartment at 7am talking loud drilling and banging, they should wait until later in the day to do that sort of maintenance. Very disrespectful

Happy for a family short stay.

Location is very close to central station. Well equipped kitchen, you can find almost everything need for a short stay. Warm-welcome bottles of water and a bottle of wine. You can leave luggages at the basement in case of earlier arrival.

Lovely, well located apartment near train station

Excellent communication from the host - very responsive. Excellent location - one of our favorite parts of Hamburg - also a very LGBTQ-friendly neighborhood. Near central train station. Lots of great restaurants. Near the lake Apartment is very clean - lovely bottle of wine and water left for us.

It’s important for people to know that although the apartment is advertised as “two bedrooms” - it’s not really that. There is one private room with a door and a sofa bed. And then the living room has been converted to a bedroom with no private door - in other words it is open to the kitchen, and there is no living room. This may not be an issue for some but will be awkward for others. The single bedroom has to go through the living room to get to their bed.

Quiet Apt

Very spacious and quiet apartment. We loved sitting on the deck morning and evening. Well-supplied kitchen for cooking if you like. Comfortable bed. Location near the Central Station was great.

Although there was supposedly access to a washer, it was always in use or full of damp laundry. As travelers, we really appreciate easy access to laundry facilities.

Well-located but ultra-compact

The apartment is very well-located, within walking distance of many places of interest and shops of all types. The building is old and elegant. The heating is very effective.

The ‘apartment’ is incredibly tiny. We had to manoeuvre constantly to get from one side to the other. There is no surface large enough but the bed to place a suitcase. And don’t try to unpack because the only cupboard is too small to store anything but tomorrow’s changes. There is no dishwasher and no washing machine (although we were able to use one in the basement), and not even a microwave oven. The only means of heating food is two very slow hotplates. Worse, the bathroom is not separate from the rest of the room. There is a wall but also a space between it and the ceiling. In our view the room is unsuitable for any more than one person. Update: The description of the room now makes clear what facilities are available so that potential guests can more accurately assess whether it meets their needs. I should also note the welcome bottle of wine on arrival and that the instructions for gaining entry are easy to follow.

Stylish, spacious apartment in central location.

Well located apartment minutes from central station and lovely area with shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment with everything we needed for two night stay. Even had shampoo and conditioner and washing / drying facilites for clothes. Perfect stay for our family of 4.

Renovations to other apartments meant it was a bit dusty, but this is such a minor point.

Ongelofelijk koopje voor een verblijf in hartje centrum, daar kan geen hotelkamer tegenop!

Toplocatie op steenworp afstand van Hamburg Hbf en op loopafstand van centrum. Wij hadden de kleine kamer op de begane grond. Kamer voldeed aan de beschrijving en prijs kwaliteit is gewoon waanzinnig goed. Bed was heerlijk, ruime badkamer en alles was schoon. Klein beetje gehorig langs de rustige straat, maar niet hinderlijk.

Lage, Lage, Lage Gute Betten mit schöner Bettwäsche und qualitativ hochwertigen Deckbetten. Erdgeschoss ideal mit kleinen Hunden In St. Georg kann man sehr gut essen und dann gemütlich an der Alster flanieren

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, und ich würde dieses Haus beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder buchen.

Alles war wirklich großartig. Das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet, liegt im Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe aller Annehmlichkeiten. Ich würde dieses Haus gerne noch einmal reservieren.

Meiner Meinung nach war alles hervorragend, und ich kann an diesem Haus keinerlei Mängel feststellen. Ich danke dem Eigentümer.

Herşey mükemmeldi. Fiyat çok uygun, konum olarak, tren garına çok çok yakın, merkeze yürüme mesafesinde, her yere ulaşımın çok kolay olduğu bir konumda. Dairede ihtiyaç duyulan her şey var. Fijn appartement op handige centrale plek.

De locatie was goed met leuke restaurantjes om de hoek en de oude stad op loopafstand, net als de Kunsthalle. Andere wijken zijn prima op de fiets te bereiken. We hadden het penthouse appartement met eigen lift (zo leuk), het enige wat we hebben gemist is een bank (tevens slaapbank en die was daarvoor in gebruik).

Ja, wir müssen Wasser sparen, hätte mir aber, auch hinsichtlich des Preises, einen stärkeren Wasserdruck gewünscht UND im Bad, gerade jetzt im Winter, eine funktionierende Heizung. Auch dss Wasser im Waschbecken lief schlecht ab. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt !

Lækkert, rummeligt, rent, lokationen perfekt, nem og tydeligvselvbetjenings check in. Havde booket 2 lejligheder, nr. 2 (i stuen) og nr. 5 (på 3 sal).

Det var kun små detaljer, jeg skrev ikke engang til udlejer om det. Men i lejlighed 5 blinkede nærmest alle pærer i lamperne. Og nu var vi kun 4 i den der egentlig har plads til 6 personer, men man ville have udfordringer med at opbevare sit tøj da der kun var en stumtjener i indgangen og et lille bøjlestativ i soveværelset. Ikke rigtig nok til 4 personers tøj i 3 dage (og slet ikke hvis man havde været 6. I lejlighed 2 (hvor vi var 1 person) men også her plads til 4 var der mere opbevaringsplads. Vil dog mene denne egner sig bedst til forældre med børn da man sover lige ved siden af hinanden. Og ja så var de håndklæder der var lagt frem på sengen stadig ret fugtige (i den ene side) så meget at dynen også var blevet fugtig. Var jo kun 1 person så brugte blot det sæt der var ok - efterspurgte ikke nye eller lign. Blot til orientering at rengøring måske er lige hurtig nok.

Perfekte Lage in schönem Design

Tolle Lage direkt am Bahnhof und City, trotzdem ruhig und sehr schöne Wohnstraße. Gut ausgestattet, tolle Dachterrasse, schöne Möbel, sehr bequeme Betten, Fahrstuhl direkt in die Wohnung, Fenster im Bad. Wein und Wasserflaschen als goodie, bei Anfragen direkte Antwort der Unterkunft, Gepäckkeller, um das Gepäck vorher/nachher noch zu lagern.

Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht, das Bad hatte zu deutliche Gebrauchsspuren (Fugen in der Dusche schwarz), das Wasser lief sehr langsam ab. Dies waren aber nur Kleinigkeiten und haben uns nicht beeinträchtigt.

die Lage war top...fussläufig ist man fix in der altstadt größe und ausstattung der Wohnung bestens.

leider musste ich feststellen das nicht gründlich bis gar nicht richtig sauber gemacht wurde.ich habe den kühlschrank selben ausgewischt und die komplette küchenzeile.auch im badezimmer war der waschtisch/ schubläden verschmutzt und die zahnpasta vom vorgänger noch im spiegelschrank sichtbar. ich hatte eine email geschrieben und bekam das angebot,dass am nächsten tag jmd zum nachputzen vorbeikommen könnte,aber solange wollte ich nicht warten und habe selbst hand angelegt.
