How to correct mistakes

Let’s start with the positive: The location is great and so is the water pressure in the shower.

Now to the reason for only being able to give two stars: Information about access to the apartment was provided before arrival. Unfortunately, it was incorrect and we had to contact the team to get in. But mistakes happen… When entering the apartment, it became clear that even though we booked and paid for five people there were only bed linen for four people. Again… mistakes happen…. We contacted the team again and they replied that they would look into it ASAP. After two hours we reached out again and to our surprise the answer was that they were sorry but they couldn’t fix the problem until the next day. As you can imagine this resulted in a very uncomfortable night trying to sleep three people in a two-person bed sharing two pillows and two duvets! Mistakes happen but the important thing is how they are fixed. And this was unacceptable. This is now three weeks ago and since then I have - without any luck - tried in different ways to get in touch with ‘thesuites’ in order to at least get a partial refund. if you accept a booking (and payment) for five guests, you should at least provide bedding for all of them!

We enjoyed staying in this apartment and would book again if we return to Hamburg.

This apartment is actually better than the photographs suggest. Excellent facilities with all amenities. The location is upmarket, quiet and very safe. Great transport links nearby.

Could not access WIFI because it looks like we were given an outdated link. It must work OK because the online TV services worked fine. You need to learn the method of opening the front door. Touch key fob to door lock - orange light will flash - wait two seconds then green light will flash - then turn knob anti-clockwise.

Die zentrale Lage am Jungfernstieg, Die gut ausgestattete Küche

Der Türcode war in der Gäste-App "versteckt". Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Das reservierte Parkticket war erst nach Bezahlung (trotz angegebenem Zahlungsziel) am Folgetag verfügbar. Der Empfang von Netflix und Amazon Prime war NICHT mit dem eigenen Zugang möglich,. Im Schlafzimmer funktionierte es gar nicht, im Wohnzimmer nur mit einem spanischen Zugang. Die Wohnung wurde offensichtlich nachträglich saniert bzw. umgebaut, dabei sind die Lichtschalter für das Schlafzimmer in der Diele und nicht beschriftet. Im Schlafzimmer ist auch eine Dusche im Zimmer selbst nachträglich eingebaut, aber soll ich da ernsthaft duschen und dann die Fenster aufreissen zum Lüften um danach zu erfrieren?

- Gute Lage - schönes Design

- Extrem laut durch undichte Fenster - Dusche die kaum abläuft - Baustellen in der Umgebung - Küchenschrank, der fast von der Wand fällt - Küche dürftig ausgestattet

Eine perfekte Lage aber leider keine Möglichkeit für einen Parkplatz in der Nähe mit Schein .

Die Lage ist sehr gut und für drei Personen war die Wohnung groß genug .Für frische Brötchen braucht man nur quer über die Straße gehen.

Die Parkplatz Situation ist unmöglich. Auch wenn man einen Schein für einen Parkplatz hat, heißt es nicht, dass man einen bekommt, da in näherer Umgebung alle Parkplätze mit Parkverbotschilder versehen sind und man vergebens nach einen Platz sucht! Es wäre besser, den Kunden einen Parkplatz in einen der umliegenden Parkhäuser anzubieten.

Veldig sentralt og fin leilighet med alt man trenger.

Parkering var vanskelig, vi kjøpte parkering av eier men den var på gaten og langt å gå. Endte med å kjøpe ny parkering på lukket anlegg i nærheten.

De ligging is perfect. Je loopt zo de winkelstraten van Hamburg in. Verder heeft het appartement alle belangrijkste dingen die je nodig hebt.

Er mist een kleding kast, de deur kruk van de badkamer zat los en een nachtkastje zat los.

Lejligheden levede slet ikke op til forventningerne baseret på de billeder jeg så, da jeg bestilte.

Fin beliggenhed

Jeg bestilte en lejlighed med to soveværelser, to bad/toilet OG et lille opholdsrum med køkken, spiseplads og en sofa. Vi fik en anden lejlighed, end den jeg så på billederne med to soveværelser, et bad/toilet og ingen sofa. Lejligheden var slet ikke så god som den på billederne. Jeg ringede med det samme, da vi ankom og fik af vide at det var den lejlighed, der var tilgængelig! Der stod at der var toiletprodukter, men der var ikke engang et stykke sæbe på badeværelset. Jeg skulle ringe to gange for at få hjælp til at få varmt vand i køkkenet. De første to gange jeg ringede, var servicen virkelig ringe, 3. gang var servicen OK og jeg fik hjælp til internet og varmt vand. Ikke i orden!

Solo pude destacar la ubicación

Empezamos un poco torcidos al llegar. En el correo se olvidaron explicar correctamente cómo acceder y tuvimos q llamar no había más indicaciones. Al entrar en el apartamento nos recibió un fuerte olor a tabaco. ( el alojamiento dice espacio libre de humo). Muy molesto si eres no fumador. En el baño había agujeros en los azulejos que dejaban los bajantes a la vista y medio tapados con papel. Para acceder al WC era un rincón que generaba mucha precariedad. Nos confiamos en la información q era un espacio equipado con todo, productos aseo personal i utensilios de limpieza de cocina. Y solo había jabón manos y un la cocina una mopa sin paño para poder pasarla. Ha sido difícil gestionar en el apartamento, no había ningun documento informativo de cómo usar el espacio. Informaciones simples como cuándo y dónde se tiraba la basura? Si teníamos frío como funcionaba la calefacción? Como debíamos dejar el apartamento. Una lástima. Solo podemos destacar la Ubicación.

Konumu oldukça iyi, daire içindeki eşyalar yeni ve yeterli. Ev sahibi ilgili.

Dairede giysi dolabı yetersiz, iletişim güçlendirilebilir, iletişim için birkaç ayrı kanalı takip etmek zorunda kaldık, mail, tesisin kendi programı, müşteri hizmetleri whatsappı vs. Anahtarı başka bir yerden almamız gerektiğini son dakikada öğrendik.
