I had a wonderful stay in Hamburg! The apartment was in a great area, just about a 15-minute walk from the city center. It wasn’t right in the middle of downtown, but that made it peaceful and still very convenient. The view from the balcony was amazing, overlooking the river and the bridges. The host was always available and helpful, and the apartment was clean, big and offered great value.

The space was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children). The apartment was modern, warm, and comfortable. The location is spot on and easy to get to from Hamburg airport by train. The host was very responsive to messages. We had a great stay

Very quiet location but very easy to reach the city centre at less than a 10 minute walk and the Reeperbahn at 20 minutes walk along the river. Secure parking. Edeka and eateries just downstairs in the neighbouring building. quality fixtures and fittings. Incredibly clean. safe area.

the layout of the furniture meant that you couldn't sit on the sofa to comfortably watch the television. The parking was expensive and tight, though safe.

Excellent city centre apartment

The apartment was spacious, very clean, well equipped and secure. We stayed for three nights, the host was very helpful and organised private parking for one car and public parking for our 2nd car. The location is perfect, easy to get around the city. We didn't make use of the kitchen facilities, but they looked clean and plentiful. The coffee machine was great. The apartment had a jack and Jill bathroom which was fine.

Located in back building of ugly office block. Apartment is repurposed office unit with heavy fire doors which don’t stay open. Neighborhood is all office so dead on weekends. View from apartment was of office block opposite. There is restaurant whose kitchen opens onto inner courtyard and the staff has a disco all evening to the late hours which made it very noisy, like living on top of club. We had to open windows to get ventilation. Double beds are more like large singles.

Had a great stay at this Waterfront apartment. Location is quite unmatchable, the place is clean, comfortable and has a great view. It was easy to check-in and Roy was very friendly, helpful and understanding with us. I would definitely recommend for short or longer term stays in Hamburg.

Super zentrale Lage: 1 km zum Rathaus, 900 m zu Musical, 500 m zur Speicherstadt und zur Elbphilharmonie. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit dort

Geräumig, ruhig und trotz Lage im Hinterhof hell. Einrichtung in sehr gutem Zustand, neuwertig. Alles da, auch eine tolle Kaffeemaschine. Die Betten werden in Deutschland allgemein immer schmaler, so auch hier, und die übliche Kuhle war auch da. Aber es war trotzdem noch okay. Lage perfekt in der Nähe von U- und S-Bahn, zur Speicherstadt, der Hafen-City und den Landungsbrücken. Zugang zur Wohnung technisch gut organisiert.

Das Doppelbett ist nicht der Brüller, aber im Rahmen des heute schon fast üblichen

Ruhiges, geräumiges und stylisches Appartement in zentrumsnaher Lage, gut ausgestattet und sauber, freundlicher und bemühter Gastgeber mit schneller Reaktion auf technische Störung (Badezimmerlüftung), Parkplatz im Innenhof, sehr zentrale Lage, U-Bahnstation (2 Stationen bis zum Rathaus) um die Ecke, Elbphilharmonie und Speicherstadt mit Miniaturwunderland in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, beeindruckender Ausblick vom Balkon auf ein Fleet.

Schön eingerichtete Unterkunft, jedoch mit Schwächen und trostlosem Ausblick.

Das Appartement ist ganz nett und so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt ausgestattet. Ist zentral in der Stadt gelegen sodass man zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel alles gut erreichen kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme über einen kleinen Schlüsselkasten im Hausflur. Das Appartement ist recht geräumig und in den Nachtstunden bei unserem Aufenthalt ruhig. Es war recht sauber. Das Bett ist bequem und auch für ein Paar mit Kind groß genug gewesen Die Kaffeemaschine war mit kleinen Mängeln ganz gut und es gab eine schöne Teekanne Teeauswahl. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter klappte sehr gut, auch die Informationen vor Anreise waren gut. Ein Bettzeug fehlte und wurde umgehend nachgeliefert.

Leider befindet sich das Appartement in einem Bürokomplex. Statt den in der Anzeige versprochenen Hafenblick gab es bei uns nur einen Hinterhofblick/auf die anderen Büros gegenüber. Bei Kontaktaufnahme versuchte der Vermieter mit Preisnachlass uns zu beruhigen oder bot die Stornierung an - hätten wir gekonnt, hätten wir es sofort gemacht, da der Hafenblick für uns eine entscheidende Sache für die Buchung war. Dazu gab es Essensgerüche aus einer Bar / Restaurant bis in die späten Abendstunden. Lüften war somit erst sehr spät (ab 23 Uhr) möglich (ein Fenster mit Fliegengitter wäre ganz nett). Die Küchenausstattung war recht spärlich. Für die Zubereitung von sehr einfachen Mahlzeiten hat es gerade so gereicht. Es könnte komfortabler sein, wenn es einen Sparschäler, Dosenöffner, Pizzaschneider und eventuell auch ein paar mehr Teller/Tassen oder Töpfe etc. geben würde. Wir waren nach jeder Mahlzeit gezwungen, den Geschirrspüler zu nutzen. Leider hatten wir im Appartement auch ein paar Beschädigungen die einfach nicht sein müssten und schnell behoben wären (Steckdose Badezimmer Abdeckung abgerissen, Brett im Badezimmer neigt sich, Holzbrett Küche unten ab, Lampen im Schlafzimmer mit Touchfunktion funktionieren nicht, Beschädigungen in der grünen Wandfarbe) - da kann gerne etwas mehr drauf geachtet und nachgearbeitet werden. Im Badezimmer könnten mehr Haken angebracht werden. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer sind lediglich mit einem Vorhang getrennt. Dies sollte man beachten. Der Fernseher funktionierte nur bedingt. Die Bedienung war nicht recht einfach. Hatten wir endlich den Dreh raus, funktionierte das W-Lan nicht mehr sodass es Fernsehen nur mit massiven Unterbrechungen gab - sehr schade. Rauchmelder war abmontiert - warum?

Das Apartment ist Top und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lage ist auch sehr gut. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Klasse. U-Bahn und Bus ca. 150 m. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bistros und Einkauf Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einfach nur Super Hamburg!

🌟 Wunderschönes Apartment in Top-Lage – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben zu dritt ein paar wundervolle Tage in diesem Apartment in Hamburg verbracht und waren begeistert. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Speicherstadt an der Elbpromenade – eine der schönsten Gegenden der Stadt. Die U-Bahn-Station Baumwall ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso wie zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés. Das Apartment selbst ist modern eingerichtet und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Erkundungen. Alles war sauber, hochwertig ausgestattet und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den freundlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter, der bereits nach der Buchung sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit war. Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut betreut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!

Top Lage aber die Wohnungs-Beschreibungen passen nicht

Die Lage war phänomenal. Kurzer Weg zur Elbphilharmonie und in die City.

Laut Beschreibung sollte die Wohnung über 1 französisches Doppelbett und 2 Schlafsofas verfügen. Es gab jedoch nur 1 französisches Bett und 1 Sofa. Ebenso war eine ebenerdig Dusche beschrieben, auch die gab es nicht sondern die Dusche hatte einen erhöhten Einstieg. Die kostenlosen Pflegeprodukte wurden leider auch nicht aufgefüllt und waren teilweise leer.
