Location, good size, clean
Coffe machine didn‘t work because it required a cleaning cycle that we could not run without a cleaning tablet.

Die Lage war sehr gut, leichter Check-In und schnelle Rückmeldung und Hilfe bei Supportanfragen.
Wohnung sah aus, wie beschrieben.
Die Schlafcouch ist sehr unbequem, die Küche ist mangelhaft ausgestattet und dreckig. Die Möbel sind teilweise schief und kaputt.
Nachts gab es einen Fehlalarm der Feuermelderanlage, wodurch ein Schlafen in der Nacht kaum möglich war.

The very clean room exceeded expectations- there was a dishwasher and freezer section for example. And there was a welcome package - all of which were unexpected. We used all the bedding with our family of 4 and found extras too.
It was quite hot and we slept with the windows open in December, but this wasn’t the worst thing ever.

Fire Alarm and the whole building is out. The reason was that we cook an egg! They came to switch it off after and hour. That sound was horrible for kids.
