A great studio area at Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants and Wohlerspark nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city can be reached very quickly. The listed area has been extensively restored by us. The living room also has a comfortable sofa bed. Thus, three separate sleeping areas are available. The loft area we use as a photo studio and occasionally rent to nice people.
It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Our stay was great! The place had 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a charming balcony. It was bigger than we expected and really close to transit, which was great for getting around Hamburg. In general, the vibe of this part of the Altona neighbourhood is upbeat but it’s also really close to parks and other quieter spaces. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I was back in Hamburg.

The apartment was truly lovely. Spacious and painstakingly renovated to include heritage details with modern amenities. Jens is a great host. The apartment was immaculately cleaned prior to our entry. It is close to food shops and transit which made getting around very easy. It's in a lively area of town for those who enjoy nightlife.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Genau so wie beschrieben. Zweite Etage Nummer drei, die Treppe war ein wenig steil. Aber wir haben die fewo auch schon weiter empfohlen, weil wir die einfach super fanden. Man kann in 15 Minuten zu Reeperbahn laufen braucht maximal 10 Minuten zum Essen ins Schanzenviertel.

Schöne saubere Wohnung, in der alles vorzufinden war, was man benötigt. Neben einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche gab es sogar ein Bügeleisen nebst -brett. Am besten gefiel mir die Regendusche, da ich daheim so etwas nicht habe. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist, Vom Bahnhof Altona sind es nur ein paar Stationen mit dem Bus zur Wohnung. Die Haltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür. Einziger Nachteil der Wohnung ist die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke und der dadurch entstehenden Lautstärke. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kann es im zur Straße gelegenen Schlafzimmer schon störend sein. Im 2. Schlafzimmer (hinten raus) hat man von dem Verkehr nichts mitbekommen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich.

Wir haben zu dritt 4 Tage in dem stylischen Appartement von Jens verbracht. Die Whg liegt super am Rand des Schanzenviertels und zum leckeren Frühstück und zum abends ausgehen sind es nur ein paar Meter. In der Nähe gibt es auch gute Öffis mit denen man auch den Rest der Stadt gut erreicht. Es war einfach klasse und wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Apropos: Die Strasse und die Bahn hört man kaum, top Fenster. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung hat eine wundervolle, stimmige Atmosphäre. Den Balkon fanden wir auch super. Es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wurde. Man kann auch zu Fuß ins Schanzenviertel, nach St. Pauli oder zum Hafen. Jens ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der unseren Wünschen gerne entgegengekommen ist. Wir haben uns sehr über die Weihnachtsüberraschung gefreut. Danke nochmal!

Wir haben hier einen Teil der Sommerferien verbracht. Wir, das sind meine vier Kinder und ich. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, telefonisch immer erreichbar gewesen, oder er hat sich direkt zurückgemeldet. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, mitten in der schönen Schanze, in dem Viertel allein kann man schon so viel unternehmen. Und trotz der starkbefahrenen Hauptstraße, hat man dank der neuen Fenster keinen Mucks gehört. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Vermieter sehr nett. Die Lage ist super - es sind nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ins Schanzenviertel mit vielen Restaurants und Kneipen. Auch die S-Bahn ist gleich ums Eck. Ebenso zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der einzige Nachteil ist die Lage direkt an der Straße und Bahn-Linie. Mit Ohrstöpseln lässt es sich aber trotzdem gut schlafen.

Die Wohnung ist schön und ist in einem Altbau. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Der Empfang vom Vermieter war toll. Die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke macht bei Lärmempfindlichkeit echte Probleme im Sommer. Es gibt wie immer etwas Handlungsbedarf am Objekt. Z.B. die alten Fenster, Duschsilikon, Balkon usw..

Wer keinen sterilen Betonbau mag, sondern eine charmante Altbauwohnung wie wir, ist hier genau richtig. Die Einrichtung fanden wir trotzdem modern und geschmackvoll. Auf dem Balkon lässt sich Abends noch gut sitzen. Das Schanzenviertel ist um die Ecke und die Anbindung an ÖV ist top. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter. Sehr sehr schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage, Nähe Schanzenviertel. Es sind zwei Schlafzimmer vorhanden, eines geht zur Hauptverkehrsstraße, schräg gegenüber ist noch eine Eisenbahnbrücke. Es ist wohl der Einbau von Schallschutzfenstern geplant, bis dahin ist es aber kaum möglich, in dem vorderen Schlafzimmer ein Auge zuzubekommen. Also: Empfehlung, sobald Schallschutzfenster eingebaut sind und man nicht gern bei offenem Fenster schläft. Wenn man nur zu zweit ist und das hintere Schlafzimmer benutzt, geht's auch so. Aber auch hier sollte man nicht allzu geräuschempfindlich sein.
