A beautiful, comfortable and family friendly apartment

So much thought was put into the accommodation. The decor was unique and comfortable. There were so many interesting features that meant we really enjoyed being in the apartment. It was not just a place to sleep.

Good place for a Hamburg visit

Excellent location with transport very near and plenty of places to eat. At the same time very quiet area. Very spacious living area, third bedroom on smaller side but still good. The outside garden was a brilliant addition and very welcomed. Bathrooms with great showers. Good communication with owners so felt like nothing would be a problem.

Deco is bit mismatched but that’s a personal taste. Pillows and mattresses should be probably renewed and the downstairs bedrooms can get stuffy, but opening windows helps (we’re group living in far north so not used to warm weather 😉)

- Trash handling was a bit confusing, but maybe it is my problem :-) - lots of handwriting information in the room, it's a pity that I can't read German.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung war für eine Familie perfekt. Die zwei Bäder waren ideal. Auch der große Wohnraum war ideal. Den Garten konnten wir super zum Frühstücken und am Abend nutzen. Er war schön ruhig. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (aber je 1 Salz und 1 Pfeffer würden reichen ;-)) Die Lage ist auch super. Es ist alles da, war wir brauchten (Kneipe, Cafe, Restaurant, Rewe, Öffis etc.)

Das Bett war etwas weich und zu klein für zwei Erwachsene (Platz wäre genug für ein größeres Bett). Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Hamburg erleben mit Charme und Stil.

Die Wohnung hat einfach einen unheimlichen Stil und Zauber, liegt im tollen Schanzenviertel und ist gleichzeitig gut durch ÖPNV angebunden. Bei Rück- und Nachfragen hat der Vermieter flexibel, schnell und sehr nett reagiert. Einfach toll!!!

Totale Entäuschung

Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Gastronomie in der Nähe

Uns, Das sind Ursula und Horst, Martina und Michael Hat nicht gefallen bei unsere Anreise die Suche nach einem Parkplatz vor Ort. 500 Meter von Unserer Wohnung entfernt wurden wir fündig. Auf dem Weg zur Wohnung Hausnummer 31 in der Lindenallee kamen uns die ersten Zweifel alle Hauswände verschmiert, Graffiti ist etwas anderes die Gehwege schmutzig . Der Eingangsbereich kam uns nicht gereinigt vor. Alles zugeparkt, Urlaubsstimmung kam gerade nicht auf. OK, wir wollen nicht voreilig Urteilen. Wir betreten die Wohnung ,die Im Prospekt als Loft angepriesen wird. Die 4 Schlafzimmer entpuppen sich als zwei echte, das dritte entsteht durch die Nutzung eines Bodentiefen Vorhang der im Wohnzimmer eine Nische mit Schlafcouch trennt , dass vierte ist im Keller eine größere Abstellkammer mit Besenschrank. Alle Schränken sind mit irgendwelchen Wäschestücken voll gestopft, geht der Vermieter davon aus das die Feriengäste aus dem Koffer leben? In unserem aller Verständnis sieht eine gereinigte Wohnung wie angekündigt etwas anders aus, wir haben alles Fotografisch festgehalten. Die Zimmer sind aufgeteilt, jeder versucht sich so gut wie einzurichten, was bedeutet wir müssen zuerst einmal die beiden Schränke leer räumen um unsere Kleider einräumen zu können, Jetzt treffen wir uns auf der Terrasse die leider wie der Rest auch nicht gerade mit Willkommen glänzt. Der Grill ist lächerlich und als solcher nicht erwähnenswert, eine Billigteil aus dem Discounter für 20,-€. Wir betrachten das immer mit dem Hintergrund des aufgerufenen Mietpreises von unverschämten 2.233,-€ die Woche die Bilder hatten uns etwas Luxuriöses vorgegaukelt bis wir nun knallhart auf dem Boden der Tatsche gelandet sind . Das Angebot dieser Wohnung ist für mich schon fast betrügerischer Nepp. Wir behalten uns vor rechtliche Schritte
