An acceptable option for a tourist trip for 2-3 people, but the price does not match the quality.

Great location, spacious apartment.

The rooms are dark and not very clean. The convertible sofa is not comfortable for a third guest.

Would not recommend

The location is great, easily reachable from both the aiport and the central train station.

Unfortunately the place was not clean, mold in corners, unkempt bathroom, dust; things that should be easy to fix. There were also issues with the plumbing which became apparent to us the day after we arrived. We were asked by the host to meddle with naked wire plugs to fix the toiler pump in the middle of the night. The shower drain was extensively clogged from previous stays which resulted in a complete overflow after a single use. We asked for a plumber to come fix it, instead we were contacted via Whatsapp by the host accusing us for causing this issue and to avoid using the bathroom altogether, a plumber never came, and we were forced to relocate to a nearby hotel and never received a refund for this. The host was hostile through messages and as we were two girls in our 20s staying there managing this felt unsafe. It was overall an extremely tiring and disappointing experience.

The apartment was cozy and clean. It is easy and fast to get there with the S-Bahn and is super close to Hamburg Landungsbrücken (around 15 minutes by foot and 2 by S-Bahn). Furthermore, the bed was a big plus for us as it was extremely comfortable. The host is easy to reach and very helpful and friendly. We’re gladly coming back again.

Description and pictures in Booking.com absolutely misleading. Rude owner

Location in the city was oké.

I thought I'd booked a (small) one-bedroom apartment. It turned out to be just a room with no service. Upon arrival, the front doorbell didn't work (the neighbours opened it). An apartment should at least have a small kitchenette, but there wasn't one. The courtyard was full of a junk car, and the view of the garden (the neighbours garden 50 meters away), was barely visible because the curtain system wasn't working (it was supposed to be repaired, but it wasn't). My message to the owner was answered very unpleasantly and rudely, saying I could leave as soon as possible. I didn't want to have any further conversation with this rude owner. The description of the room (not an apartment) is completely misleading. On my last day, I was asked to leave the room clean, strip the bed, and take out the trash. However, I was charged a €50 cleaning fee for my room. Next time no (misleading) apartment, but a normal hotel.

Perfect location to enjoy Hamburg like a local

Wonderful location, just above the S1 train station - perfect for the airport. Twenty minutes on foot from just about everything. The room was very clean and extremely quiet (facing inner garden). Check-in was very easy and the owner was always available via messages/whatsapp. I would gladly book it again.

A touch of warmth and coziness would have been nice. I know Hamburg is expensive, but one would expect that little something more for that price. No hairdryer, no coffee or tea, no fridge.

Not an apartment but rather a room with separate bathroom.

The room was clean and cozy and well located.

We were a bit surprised and disappointed when we arrived, that the place was actually a room with in suite bathroom rather than a one bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. For one night this is not a big issue but could be if you book for longer time, and of course the feeling of being lied is not very nice.

Lage der Unterkunft war hervorragend. Sauberkeit in Ordnung.

Wohnung ist für vier Personen ausgelegt. Das Bett für zwei gemütlich. Die ausziehbare Couch geht leider gar nicht. Wir waren zum Glück nur zu dritt. Auf der Couch durfte man nicht nicht bewegen. Schade war, dass man sich erkundiget hatte wie es so gefällt, aber auf meine Antwort kein Feedback kam. Leider wohl nur Standard Nachrichten.

Die Lage. Es war ruhig, da das Zimmer zum Hinterhof gelegen ist.

Appartment war im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Der Hausflur war Dreckig. Kaputte Glühbirne von Nachtischlampe. Wir sollten auch noch die Betten abziehen. Schild im Bad :gebrauchte Kondome, Drogen etc. nicht in d Der Toilette entsorgen.

De centrale ligging. Je hebt een vrij uitzicht. Appartement is rustig en winkels en restaurants zijn dichtbij! De ontvangst was gastvrij. Het was een voordeel dat de auto bij het appartement kon worden geplaatst. Met onze fietsen konden we de stad in. Ideaal!

Appartement ligt 3 hoog pal op de zon.. De eerste dagen was het erg warm (buitentemperatuur rond de 25 graden). Appartementje is dan warm. Er waren wel twee goede ventilatoren aanwezig.

Schoon en netjes. Wat je nodig hebt voor kort verblijf is aanwezig. Fijn dat er gelegenheid was een kopje thee te zetten (geen koffie)

Geen afzuiging in de douche/toilet. Daardoor erg snel dampig. Wij hebben daarom steeds ultra kort gedoucht om overlast in de slaapkamer te voorkomen. Prima oplossing voor kort verblijf en mooi weer (ramen konden open voor het luchten)
