This Apartment was wery good. Everthing that you need was there and there was tv so wee could se our favorit program. The balocny was fine and is is good when the light can come in.

Overall: It was perfect in every way. If I had to be nitpicky, I would say it would be nice to have oversized fluffy towels. But other than that, this place had everything I was looking for; washer AND dryer, balcony, elevator (and not a little tiny European one, but two regular sized elevators), a view, a great location, a dedicated parking spot. Because the building is on a dead end street, there was no traffic jams to get in and out. It was all so simple! Others have complained about the nearby construction, and I can understand where they’re coming from, but that didn’t bother me at all. They aren’t working crazy hours and it is a city, so I think it’s to be expected. Bedroom: the bed was crazy comfortable. I could have laid in bed all day. Hospitality: We had somebody meet us to show us where to park, hand over the keys, and show us the apartment Convenience: there is a coffee shop within a block - if the building is open you barely have to be outside. View: a half view of the river, and half of the restaurant across the street / down the street Shower: pressure: 4/5 Temperature: 5/5 Comments: thank you for putting the basket in there! So many people forget this Tub: yes, and it was incredible! It was deep and cozy. It takes a long time to fill though Coffee: yes, a great looking coffee maker, but we did not use it, as the coffee shop was so convenient Desk space: none Internet speeds: 43 down, 21 up Grocery store: within walking distance

Very modern clean quiet accommodation in HafenCity. Very close to the Elbphilharmonie. Great shower with comfortable bed. Amazingly roomy patio with full table, chairs and outdoor loungers…and a great view of the water and surrounding modern architecture. Close to transit, many restaurants and a grocery store (Edeka). Some ongoing construction nearby changed the bus stop locations but this will end eventually. Other than coffee beans, no other cooking supplies were present. Would suggest having a small container of dishwashing liquid, some tea bags, salt, pepper and spices for short stay renters. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped. Coffee machine instructions in English would also be appreciated. Overall, a high end, well located place to stay in Hamburg. The building concierge was also very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and had nice views. It is only 200m walk to the U-Bahn station and about 1.3km to the city centre. So it was a great base from which to explore the city. Hafen Stadt is fairly quiet and and there isn't much traffic compared to other parts of the city which we liked. We would recommend it and stay there again.

This property was perfect for what we needed for our work/vacation in Hamburg. The apartment was well equipped and the washing machine was a bonus not listed in the advertisement. The close proximity to the city and the subway were ideal. We would definitely stay again.

We’ve been around the world renting homes, apartments & rooms. This is by far the most beautiful & top notch one we have experienced! Full kitchen, Espresso/Cappuccino maker, balcony, electronic privacy glass, adjustable bed, clean, spacious ….. I could go on! Super awesome restaurant goth out the building with water views & amazing food! Location was walkable to center of town, breakfast & lunch options & secluded from the busy downtown.

On a scale of 1-5 stars, this apartment really rates a 10. It is modern, high-end and even includes a wine fridge and a coffee maker that makes various types of coffee. Did I mention the ideal location? There are bars, restaurants, museums and an U-Bahn stop just a short walk away. We have found our go-to place for our future trips to Hamburg.

We really liked staying at the Marco Polo-the apartment was great-clean, roomy, nicely furnished. The area was interesting and had lots of restaurants and shops. There is a good grocery store nearby. Also a U Bahn stop is about 200 meters so access to all of Hamburg is very handy. We highly recommend this property!!!

Lage, Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Wohnung sind wirklich super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen! Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Durch die vielen Baustellen ringsherum wurden wir überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns auch bei Frau Kurek, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und auf unsere Wünsche einging!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Objekt zum Wohlfühlen mit allem was man braucht. Es gab eine Sache die uns wirklich gestört hat...die vielen Baustellen um das Objekt herum,egal auf welcher Seite des Balkons überall Baustellen. Dies wieder rum führte zu einem sehr staubigen Balkon und mit Fenster auf konnte man nicht schlafen da pünktlich 6uhr gearbeitet wurde. Dafür können die Gastgeber natürlich nichts. Die Lage ansich ist im Sommer und ohne Baustellen bestimmt perfekt.... Der Ausblick an solches wäre auch traumhaft. Die Gastgeber und vor allem Frau Kurek sind sehr lieb. Vielen Dank.

Trotz der (noch) vorhandenen Baustellen der gerade erschlossenen Baufelder in der HafenCity um das Haus herum, haben wir davon kaum etwas gespürt und es hat uns auch nicht beeinträchtigt. Im Gegenteil, die Lage mit dem Blick auf die Elphi und die U-Bahn bzw. die Linienfähren waren super. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Willkommen im Jahr 2020. alles auf dem neusten Stand. Muss aber nicht alles von Vorteil sein . Die gesamte Küchenzeile ohne Griffe, d.h. Man faßt auch mal mit nicht so sauberen Händen den Kühlschrank und andere schränke an. Auch fehlen Türgriffe, die mit der Zeit auch schon abgeschleift sind. Das Schlafsofa war ganz gut zum nächtigen, aber wir hätten uns gewünscht, wenn man wenigstens ein Fenster auf Kipp hätte stellen können. Der Fahrradschuppen im Haus ist Gold wert, jedoch ungünstig gelegen. Frau Kurek betreut die fw Gäste vorzüglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber nicht unbedingt zum hafengeburtstag.Dann wird es dort zu laut sein trotz Dreifachverglasung.
