Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und innen sehr sauber gewesen. Direkt um die Ecke gute Infrastruktur mit Restaurants und Läden.
Der Eingangsbereich zum Haus ist von einem Wohnsitzlosen als seine "Toilette" gewählt worden; dementsprechend waren dort mehrfach menschliche Fäkalien direkt vor der Tür, was bei Dunkelheit kaum zu erkennen war. Außerdem ist die Treppe zum Hochparterre recht steil und wird bei schlechtem Wetter (wir hatten Schnee) rutschig. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig; die Tür zum Badezimmer schließt schlecht. Die Kaffeemaschine hat am zweiten Tag beschlossen, nur noch rot zu blinken. In der Küche gibt es nur zwei Stühle.
