Cosy, warm, everything works!

Well appointed nicely furnished, lovely high ceilings attention to detail was impressive, kitchen very good, esp coffee machine! Warm and cosy despite the snow, quiet at night - good sleeps were had 😶‍🌫️😊

Pillows were not great - a bit lumpy (not a big deal though). 2 sets of keys would have been handy - I know we could have used the key box between differing comings and goings but messing with gates and keypads and codes and numbers not appealing, esp at night when it's dark. Again, not a deal breaker!

Perfect short stay in local neighbourhood

Fantastic location. Close to shops, bars and easy transport to get to the city center. Apartment was exactly like it looked on the pictures. Small, but practical and perfect for a few days.

Everything was fine with the property, but communication was poor following check-in. Questions we had were simply ignored and never answered.

Zu Empfehlen

Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und waren total Begeistert. Ich habe dort schon zweimal gebucht und das Upgrade hat uns überzeugt. Durch meine Gehbehinderung war der Aufenthalt in diesem Appartment viel besser, da ich ohne Probleme ins Bett rein und raus gekommen bin. Alles was das Herz begehrt war vorhanden. Ich kann nur sagen 1+ Wir werden wiederkommen :)

Die Nachbarn waren so Laut . Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr dunkel. Das Schlüsselloch war kaum zu finden. Handylampe musste zur Hilfe genommen werden.

Eine tolle Adresse um mit einem sehr gut ausgestattetem Apartment mittendrin zu sein.

Die Lage in Eppendorf/Hoheluft ist ein Traum und super mit Öffis zu erreichen bzw. wegzukommen. Ein- und Auschecken super easy. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, Heizung ist super einzustellen. Die Vermietung meldet sich sofort zurück, wenn etwas nicht optimal ist.

Tolle Lage, ruhig und gute Aufteilung

Das Schlafzimmer kann nicht gut belüftet werden, es gibt zwar ein Oberlicht aber das geht nur zu dem benachbarten Raum. Bett ist sehr fest und ziemlich eng- für uns war es kein Problem, man kann aber eigentlich nur übers Fußende „reinkrabbeln“, ansonsten gemütlich

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Einfacher Check-in und Check-out. Bus Nr. 5 ca. 200 m, U-Bahn ca. 15 Min. Supermärkten in der Nähe.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung sind top, die Sauberkeit der Wohnung 1 A, die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert, der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist total freundlich und schnell; wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Kurze Wege zu den Öffis, alles was man braucht befindet sich in der näheren Umgebung haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. 100 % Weiterempfehlung

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung in einer super zentralen Lage, wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt, und trotzdem ganz ruhig, ich hab so gut geschlafen. Es war alles vorhanden, ich hab mich über die Senseo gefreut, das Bad ist neu. Die Küche ist eine moderne Wohnung, ich würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.
