Everything Bombardement of messages trough mail and whatsapp for an additional payment of 150 euro as warranty. Because of holiday, i wasnt able to check the messages until the day im back and that was the day of my check in. payment only possible with credit card. I didnt have one, no payment = no check in. Rude customer service, absolutely horrendous. Basically told me that I should find a credit card or sleep on the street.

Hamburg war toll. Die Unterkunft weniger. Ich werde sie nicht noch einmal buchen.

Die Möglichkeit in drei verschiedenen Räumen zu schlafen.

Shampoo-Behälter in der Dusche war leer. Schimmel in den Fliesenfugen in der Dusche. Dreckiges Geschirr in der Spülmaschine. Abblätternde Farbe an Türrahmen und Scheuerleisten. Speckrand an Sofakissen.

Meget nemt at komme til, nær offentlige transport og butikker samt lufthavn. Alt fungerede. Kvarteret var meget rolig så der var stille om natten.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, saubere, geräumige im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Betten und das Sofa sind bequem.

Ab 7 Uhr morgens wird es unruhig auf der Straße und in der Wohnung darüber. Ab 21 Uhr muss man etwas länger einen Parkplatz suchen, da sich die Wohnung in einer reinen Wohngegend befindet.

Zweckmäßig, preisgünstig

In der Größe und Lage ist die Auswahl in der Preisklasse klein. Die wichtigsten Dinge sind da, alles funktioniert - was will man mehr. Es war sogar eine Auswahl an Getränken und Chips zur Begrüßung da :-) Parken ist auch kein Problem, wenn man bereit ist, ein paar Meter zu Fuß zu gehen.

Wir waren nur zu viert in der Unterkunft - wenn man die maximale Belegung ausnutzt, wird es eng und die Schlafsofas wirkten recht abgewohnt. Mehr Aufhängungen im Bad wären wünschenswert. Allgemein sollte man vom Standard der Ausstattung keine Wunder erwarten - das erscheint mir aber dem Preis angemessen. Das Eincheck-Prozedere mit jeder Menge Nachrichten und Kaution über Kreditkarte nervt schon etwas.

Gerne wieder

Sehr gut war die Größe des Appartement. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet uns sehr sauber. Das Auto parkte kostenfrei auf der Straße, doch musste ich durchaus mal 5 min laufen, um zum Parkplatz zu kommen. Der Zimmercode könnte mit dem Vermerk gegeben werden, dass das Appartement im EG in Alleinlage ist. Es wäre schön, wenn am Eingang eine Lampe mit Bewegungsmelder wäre, dann könnte man es leichter finden. Ansonsten waren wir alle sehr zufrieden und werden die Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen. Herzlichst Sabine

Aufenthalt mit der Familie

Die Größe der Wohnung. Küche mit einer Kaffeemaschine. Einige Getränke waren zur Begrüßung umsonst.

Die Lage und vor allem die Parksituation! Das wlan hatte starke Aussetzer. Darauf leider keine Reaktion von den Mitarbeiter. Eine Antwort ist Pflicht. Es hat stark nach Rauch gestunken. Wir sind alle Nichtraucher. Deshalb war es für uns sehr unangenehm.
