We needed a room for few days and thats what we got. The location is not appropriate for toung kids.

The rooms were spacious. It was a ware house convert to an Appartement.

The location was very bad. There were all the ware houses and showrooms around. The sleeping room has a big window which open in the living room. In the morning people were shifting things in and around the warehouse. Toilet was also just fine. Every time one uses the washroom there was a strange bang noise. Overall construction of the Appartement was also questionable.

Unsafe location, last minute deposit requests and failure to probide full access details

Lots of issues. 1) on the day of the check in I got a demand for an extra payment of 150 euros with an explanation that the small print allows for it. I wasted a lot if time (while already on holidays with poor internet) to make the payment as otherwise I would not be able to check in and loose the booking 2) The company failed to provide full access details. On the second evening I found myself unable to access the flat as a communal gate was locked. I spent a lot of time trying to get through to the management company to get the code and keys. This was around 10pm. 3) The location feels very unsafe - it’s in the middle of and industrial area with lots or males hanging around. I would not have stayed there if my partner wasn’t with me. 4) There are ants in the living room and kitchen 5) The flat was too hot and there was no option to control the temperature. Keeping the windows open is not an option due to security concerns. 6) There is terrible banging noise in the bathroom ceiling whenever you use water - it sounds like it wants to collapse. 7) There are various sensors in the flat which makes you feel like you are being overly monitored

We expected to have a better experience.

Availability of parking, high speed internet and plenty of cupboards.

1.The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. 2.There was no washing machine and no AC. 3.There was no kitchen basics (salt, coffee, tea, etc) 4.There was not enough toilet/tissue papers and no detergents, also not enough towels. 5.The fact that it is located in an industrial compound, feels isolated and does not provide sense of safety. 6.No fly screen: we saw cockroaches and ants.

!Total failure! 780 Euro LOST! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

NOTHING!!! WE COULDN'T STAY THERE! WE HAD 2 KIDS WITH US AND THEY WERE AFRAID OF RATS! Please see the attached pictures.

Together with my friend and 2 kids we departed for our Wonderland adventure – we dreamed about nice family space, where You could spend time together. But this place, was nothing like expected - felt we couldn’t stay there – literally BEHIND THE BARS! Rat traps, trash everywhere. Man, who helped us find the garage (called “the apartment”) told us, that nobody ever stayed there and that they lock the gate after 6pm while leaving for the weekend. It was impossible to contact HOMARIS – we just got a text massage but with no possibility to call them back. Knowing the above with 2 kids we simply run away – to the family room in Novotel for 394 Euro. It says the apartment is "cosy" - You can see the cosines in the pictures I took. It also says that the apartment is 80 m2 – which is unfortunately another lie. It’s and industrial zone, and you will stay in the workshop of some kind with the risk of not being able to leave after 6 pm. Neither Homaris nor Booking felt responsible for the situation – we didn’t get a refund.

Die Größe war für sechs Personen ausreichend.

Jedes Mal, wenn die Dusche oder Toilette benutzt wurde, war ein lautes Geräusch zu hören, was als störend empfunden wurde. Die Vorhänge boten zudem keine ausreichende Verdunkelung. Eine Information bezüglich der Platzierung des Bestecks wäre hilfreich gewesen, da die Tassen und Teller im Schrank verschmutzt waren.

Bisher unser schlechtestes Erlebnis mit Booking.

Geräumige Wohnung, viel Platz Gute Küchenausstattung u.a. mit Kaffeeautomat, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle.

Die Umgebung, die Wohnung befand sich im zweiten Hinterhof. Von der Straße ist sie nicht zu finden, es gibt kein Hinweisschild bzw. Namensschild für die Fewo. Die Hausnummer 195, wie angegeben, waren nur Firmen ansässig. Das Fenster besser eine ebenerdige Tür im Schlafzimmer, konnten wir nachts nicht öffnen, da ja jeder rein kam, schade.

Der Aufenthalt in Hamburg wird in guter Erinnerung bleiben.

Gute, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber.

Raum-Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Nach der Reklamation wurden vom Hausmeister als Provisorium 2 elektrische Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Auto direkt neben dem Zimmer. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Da die Wohnung sich auf einem Firmengelände befindet, wurde das Gelände um 21:00 Uhr verschlossen. Leider wurde uns der Code für den Notschlüssel nicht mitgeteilt. Wir standen in der Nacht vor dem verschlossenen Gittertor. Wir müssten dann unter dem Tor durchrobben, um zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns zugesichert, dass das Tor in der 2. Nacht offen sein soll, was leider auch nicht der Fall war. Eine Nachricht, in der Nacht, an den Vermieter wurde zwar beantwortet, aber erst ca. 2 Stunden später. Somit wieder unten durch. In der Nachricht wurde uns dann der Code mitgeteilt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir den Code gleich am Anfang erhalten hätten.

Prima verblijf

Goede bedden, goede keukeninventaris, nette badkamer.

Op eerste oog was alles keurig schoon. (Helaas vonden we achter het gordijn bij het bed een vieze broek en oder bed een sigaret. Ook was de gootsteen in de keuken nog vol etensresten. De ramen hadden ook nodig een zeembeurt nodig.) Verder was alles wel goed geregeld en nette accomodatie.

Gut für 1-2 Tage Hamburg.

Man hat uns per Email nur den Code für die Ferienwohnung mitgeteilt, aber nicht den Code um an den Schlüssel für das Hoftor zu kommen. Dieses zwei Meter hohe Eisentor war bei unserer Anreise geschlossen. Wir waren lange in der Warteschleife, hatten mehrfach nur einen Bot am anderen Ende und flogen wiederholt aus der Leitung, bis uns ein Mitarbeiter den Code sagte, erst den falschen, den den passenden. Es dauerte über eine halbe Stunde bis wir in den Hof und so zu der FeWo kamen

Lejligheden var fin. Vi manglede ikke noget. God beliggenhed i forhold til byen.

At det ligger bag ved industribygninger. At vi ikke havde fået koderne til portene tilsendt. Sengene var meget hårde.

Als Monteurunterkunft recht gut.

Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte via Schlüsselsave, der etwas versteckt war;musste die Servicehotline anrufen, die versucht hat uns zu helfen. Wir haben den Save (mehr oder minder) durch Zufall entdeckt und hatten dann Zugang zum Hof; der PIN wurde uns (nach dem Anruf) geschickt; die Tor-PIN sollte als solche genannt und von Anfang an bekannt sein. Dann ist man auch "vorbereitet", wenn man 19:30 mitten im Industriegebiet vor einem verschlossenem Tor steht und erstmal nur die Apartment-PIN hat.

Für 12 Nächte war es okay und eine Erfahrung wert, da man bei vielem kreativ werden muss, um sich weiter zu helfen.

Es war relativ modern eingerichtet und es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung.

Das eine Bett quietscht bei jeder kleinen Bewegung, das Schlafsofa war vor der Ankunft schon durchgebrochen, ein Wasserkocher fehlt sowie eine Duschtür. Leider gibt es keine Ofenhandschuhe oder Topfuntersetzer.
