The accommodation is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy and affordable to reach tourist destinations, shops, and essential places without the stress of driving or parking. A grocery store is about a 13‑minute walk away, which is helpful for quick errands. The place itself is nice and comfortable, with towels, linens, and parking included at no extra cost. The equipment provided is almost complete, and the bathroom is spacious and well‑equipped despite some minor noise. There is also an espresso machine available for guests to use.

The location is a bit far from the city center, although public transport makes it manageable. There is no washing machine available—although it is not listed on the property, having one would be a great idea. An exhaust fan would also improve ventilation. A noticeable banging noise, likely from a water pump, can be heard when water flows. Additionally, the espresso machine’s steam wand is not working.

Gute, sehr ruhige Lage, sehr gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber.

Raum-Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Nach der Reklamation wurden vom Hausmeister als Provisorium 2 elektrische Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt.

Das Geschirr war leider sehr dreckig. Teilweise mit verschimmelten Essensresten. Ansonsten war die Anreise angenehm und wir konnten sogar 2 Autos abstellen. Wenn man aktiv vorher nach dem Code für das vordere Tor fragt, klappt auch das problemlos. Es gab genug Handtücher, aber zu wenig Klopapier.
