Big spacious apartment in a great location with all the facilities needed.

Great apartment with plenty of space and beds. Online checkin was easy and quick. Hosts were friendly and accommodating, always available via online chat. Neighbourhood was nice with lots of shopping place, restaurants and very good public transport connections. Overall very happy with my stay at the apartment and recommend it highly.

Apartment didn't have a washing machine and smell of tobacco would get into flat from outside as there is a sportsbetting shop/cafe below and punters stand outside and smoke frequently.

Really good value for such big apartment. Everything was there including coffee, tea and some drinks. Close to public transport, but be aware that it is a train station not a metro/tram and the train only goes once every half hour.

Personally I would remove the beds from the living room. We stayed with 4, and I cannot imagine it is comfortable with 8 since the kitchen, living/dining room are perhaps not big enough. If your just looking for a place to stay with 8 people it’s great.

When we arrived we couldn’t get in as key was not in the key box . It was very cold. Eventually a lady ( we assume the cleaner) brought the key. When we arrived in the apartment the long mirror in the hallway was smashed.

Check In Chaos und problematische Kommunikation

Sehr gute Lage und gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war gepflegt und es war sehr viel Platz in der Unterkunft. Küche war vollausgestattet und es gab 2 Badezimmer. Waschbecken gab es in vielen Räumen.

Nach der Buchung musste ich mit meiner Kreditkarte eine Kaution hinterlegen. Anschließend bekam ich jeden Tag bis zum Aufenthalt eine Mail in der stand das es ein Problem mit der Kaution gebe. Eine Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support ergab das es kein Problem gab und die Kaution korrekt hinterlegt wurde. Trotzdem bekam ich über 2 Monate jeden Tag eine Email. Die Check-in Informationen wurden digital übermittelt, der Code für die Schlüsselbox hat gestimmt, jedoch war kein Schlüssel drin! Wir standen also Freitag Abend kurz vor 23 Uhr in der Kälte und konnten dann nur durch einen Anwohner in das Haus. Per Telefon haben wir dann beim Support angerufen und mitgeteilt das nur 5 Betten bezogen wurden obwohl für 6 Personen gebucht wurde, und das kein Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox war. Uns wurde dann der Code für eine alternative Schlüsselbox mitgeteilt welche für die Reinigungskräfte ist und eine Lösung am nächsten Tag Versprochen. Selbst am nächsten Abend war jedoch immer noch kein Schlüssel in der Box welche für Gäste bestimmt ist. Absolut vermeidbares Chaos durch klare Kommunikation durch den Gastgeber.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis daher Top für uns!

Sehr groß, eigentlich gut gelegen an der Sbahn Haltestelle die aber gerade außer Betrieb wegen Bauarbeiten war, ansonsten gute Anbindung mit Bus.

Es hätte besser gereinigt sein können, war aber ok.
