A wonderful family night in a gorgeous apartment!

We stayed here a few nights ago with our 2 kids and baby and had a wonderful stay. The flat is beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was equipped well with plenty of utensils, mugs, plates etc.

The sofa bed was great for our kids (not sure it would be comfortable enough for adults). A nice outside space for the kids to play would have topped this off but the location was fine for passing through.

Great value for money, very confortable.

We booked a short 3 day trip. the apartment is conveniently located out side the city center with great bus connections to the center and only a short drive away. There is multiple highly recommendable restaurants right at the door step and shops near by including traditional German, vegan friendly breakfast/lunch, Asian and Croatian. the apartment was clean, tidy and very cozy. the we can definitely recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay close to, but away from the noise of the city center.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Flair

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles da,was wir brauchten. Sie war auch sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr heimelig und gemütlich. Die Bushaltestelle August-Kirch-Straße (Bus 2 und Bus 3) ist in ca. 5 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Um Lebensmittel einzukaufen muss man etwas weiter fahren. Wir haben es in unsere Unternehmungen mit eingeplant. Dadurch war das kein Problem für uns. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Auf unsere Anliegen haben sie immer sehr schnell reagiert. Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Alle 7 Personen die im Looft übernachtet haben waren sehr zufrieden.

Es hat alles prima geklappt, der Vermieter hat uns den Schlüsselcode per Mail geschickt und wir hatten auch einen eigenen Parkplatz. Wir waren mit 7 Personen angereist und hatten bezogene Betten, Handtücher und genügend Platz für alle. Man kann sich dort selbst was zu essen machen. Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden. Auch Geschirr und Besteck. Wir haben uns ein Badezimmer geteilt. Eine extra Toilette wäre nicht schlecht gewesen, aber alles super sonst. Zum Frühstück sind wir aber in das Cafe&Bistro Freda ca 300 m vom Looft entfernt gegangen, das ich sehr empfehlen kann.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Die Zusendung für den PIN der Tür hat nicht geklappt, aber es gab eine gute Zweitlösung.

Unterkunft war sauber, sehr großzügig im Platzangebot und sehr gut ausgerüstet.

Für die 3 Nächte absolut in Ordnung

Die Einrichtung wirkt sehr gemütlich und man hat ausreichend Platz. Die Siebträgermaschine macht schon was her, allerdings muss man wissen wie diese funktioniert. Eine kleine Anleitung wäre gut.

Das Loft ist wirklich extrem hellhörig. Die Nachbarn sind Nachts erst zurück gekommen und es war so laut, dass wir dachten die sind bei uns in der Wohnung. Im hintersten Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine verschlossene Tür, dieses Zimmer gehört zum Nachbarwohnung und dort scheint das Licht mitten in der Nacht durch. Die Sauberkeit (Küchenschränke voller Krümel, sowie im Backofen) könnte etwas besser sein. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ausbaufähig. Es gibt nur 2 große Becher usw.

Nach anfänglicher Enttäuschung super Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage, ruhig und trotzdem ziemlich zentral, hell und großzügig, bequem, guter Kontakt zu dem Gastgebern.

Leider musste bei der Reinigung nachgebessert werden (Flecken auf dem Teppich, Haare in der Küchenschublade, viel Staub unter den Betten, klebrige Fernbedienung, Flecken auf der Tagesdecke), wurde aber am folgendem Tag direkt erledigt. Die Teppiche sind wahrscheinlich schwer zu reinigen…

Lärm und Sauberkeit Flop

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage sehr gut, wenn es um die Verkehrs-Anbindung geht.Parkplatz vor die Tür. Kontakt mit dem Personal unkompliziert und sie bemühen sich sehr um ein positiven Eindruck zu hinterlassen. Als kleine Gäste und Entschädigung haben sie für uns Süßigkeiten,Obst und Wein eingekauft...

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber. Staub auf den Regalen, und Spinnweben in den Ecken und im Bad. Es hat sehr muffig gerochen und es war nicht wirklich möglich richtig durchzulüften. Die "ausziehbare Couch" war in Wahrheit nur ein Not-Bett. Das Personal hat zwar sofort reagiert und die Matratzen auf Karton-Füße hochplatziert, durch dies ist das Zimmer aber leider noch kleiner geworden. Die Wohnung eignet sich eher für zwei Personen und max ein Kleinkind (wir waren 2 Erwachsene und zwei Teenager). Aber für Kurz-Aufenthalte würde ich es trotzdem empfehlen, wäre nicht der Lärm...es ist ein Firmengelände, daher herrscht reger Verkehr schon in den Morgenstunden. Entweder weckte uns um 6:00 ein LKW beim ab- und aufladen oder die Müllabfuhr entsorgte den Müll direkt neben unserem Fenster, da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt. Leider waren alle 3 Nächte alles, nur nicht erholsam.

Een degelijk verblijf, maar erg gehorig en onhandig ingedeeld.

Het appartement (theoloft 2) was erg gehorig, slecht geslapen door hard geluid van de buren. Slechts een deur scheid je van de buren. De indeling van de kamers is onhandig en er hangt een beamer ipv televisie waarop je niet gemakkelijk een film kunt kijken. Boven is geen toilet. Degelijk maar zeker niet zeer comfortabel.

Leider war in der Wohnung nur ein Spiegel im Badezimmer- Uns hätte ein Ganzkörpersoiegel gefallen, Frauen wollen gerne ihr Outfit überprüfen bevor sie die Wohnung verlassen. Ein Kosmetikspiegel wäre auch toll. Die vielen abgeschlossenen Türen in der Wohnung irritieren. Eine Kennzeichnung wäre zum Verständnis toll.

Schickes Loft mit Wohlfühlgarantie

„Ein wunderschönes Objekt mit stilvoller Einrichtung und großzügig geschnittenen, geräumigen Zimmern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und angenehm – absolut empfehlenswert!“

Ein paar Anregungen zur Verbesserung der Unterkunft: Für 8 Personen wäre ein zweites Bad sehr hilfreich. Nach Anfrage wurde uns das Bad im Flur zugänglich gemacht. Dieses war leider nicht sauber und das Wasser im Waschbecken war ausgestellt. Ein Besen oder Staubsauger zum Zwischendurchreinigen hat leider gefehlt. Eine zusätzliche, einfache Filterkaffeemaschine wäre praktisch – die vorhandene Maschine ist recht laut und braucht lange, besonders bei mehreren Personen. Die Objektbeschreibung sollte klarer sein: Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass es eine Terrasse oder einen Balkon gibt. In den Schlafzimmern fehlen Spiegel, was bei mehreren Gästen unpraktisch ist. Fernseher in den Zimmern wären wünschenswert. Stattdessen gab es einen lauten Beamer ohne Anleitung. Für 8 Personen standen leider nur 7 Stühle zur Verfügung.

Tolle moderne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung, die verkehrsgünstig gelegen ist. Auch Geschäfte und ein paar Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt neben dem Apartment.

Meckern auf hohem Niveau 😉 Die Pappen für das zweite Bett waren nicht leicht zu finden - „room in a Box“ - wir haben nach einer Box geschaut. Sie waren aber unter dem Doppelbett. Außerdem waren sie etwas angestaubt.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Für uns (2 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind) war es von der Größe perfekt. Das Personal war SUPER hilfsbereit und freundlich, und das vergessene Babybett wurde uns am selben Abend noch nach gebracht! Vielen Dank dafür! Optisch ein echter Hingucker! Der Stil und das Flair sind für ein Apartment außergewöhnlich! Einziges Manko für Eltern mit Kleinkind: es ist etwas Hellhörig. Allerdings konnten wir das so lösen, das wir unseren Nachbarn mitgeteilt haben das bei uns ein Kleinkind schläft. Hat alles super funktioniert! Ich würde es empfehlen & auch in Zukunft wieder kommen! PS: Wir haben euch ein paar Pflaster in die Apotheke im Badezimmer gelegt (: kann man immer brauchen!
