Very clear indication from the owner on finding the key. Clean and nice inside space, calm environment. Kitchen and bathroom with the right equipment.

Comfortable apartment in Hamburg

Well stocked kitchen, good sized bathroom, big comfy bed and plenty of space. Free mineral water and coffee with filters in the cupboard was a lovely touch. Provided slippers for moving around, and there was on street parking and parking behind the property we could've used but didn't. Big fan provided and the windows opened a good amount with a fly screen. WE walked to the local Netto to get some food.

Traffic in the morning was a bit hard to get off the road, but nothing to be done about that!

Good, except the noise isolation

Clean, modern, well equipped.

People in the neighbouring apartment were super loud until 3:00 AM in the night. I could not sleep very well because of that. It would be nice to have some earplugs around to compensate for the bad sound isolation.

Teuer für wenig Leistung.

Kleines Appartment. Komplett mit Ikea Möbel gestaltet. Sehr sauber. Wasser, Tee und Kaffee zur Nutzung vorhanden. 1km zu Fuß zur Barclays Arena. Parkplätze hinterm Haus vorhanden. Rollstuhlplattform aussen für das Erdgeschoss vorhanden. Zu Weihnachten liebevoll dekoriert.

Smart TV - Fernsehen ohne Nutzung eigener Streaming Angebote nicht möglich. Das ist nicht zeitgemäß. ÖPNV in der Nähe ist nur der Bus. Sehr teuer am 4. Adventswochenende 2025 - Angebot und Nachfrage bestimmen hier sehr den Preis. Ich würde nicht nochmal buchen.

Toller Kurztrip nach Hamburg mit sensationellem Stadionbesuch 😍

Es war wie immer alles perfekt. Sehr sehr schön renoviert und eingerichtet, sehr sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Lage, für uns perfekt wenn wir zum HSV Spiel anreisen. Gastgeber sehr freundlich, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Lage ist Top, wenn man zur Barklay Arena oder zum Volkspark Stadium möchte. Zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten 👍. Kleine Küche, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Fernseher auch.

Wir waren schon ca. 20 Minuten erher da. Leider konnten wir den Schlüssel noch nicht vorher aus dem Schlüsselkasten bekommen. Somit müssten wir draußen stehen und warten 😏 man kommt also erst pünktlich zum 16.00 Uhr in das Haus.

Schlüssel war im Schlüsseltresor. Es war sehr sauber. Der weg zur Arena bzw. Stadion war sehr kurz. Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus. Kaffee, Spühlmittel etc. war vorhanden.

Es nicht das erste Mal dass ich hier gebucht habe. Alles läuft reibungslos, ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und war sofort da und hat uns geholfen als wir in einer misslichen Lage waren.

Mir hat tatsächlich eine Mikrowelle oder ein kleiner Backofen gefehlt. Bei unserer Ankunft hat es sehr geregnet und die Treppen ins Obergeschoss waren sehr rutschig. Wir hatten 2 Apartments gebucht und eins davon roch sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss

Das Apartment ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und zudem sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zur Barclay Arena geht man ca. 15 Minuten.

Uns hat es nicht gestört, jedoch muss man wissen, dass 10 minütlich Flugzeuge über das Haus fliegen.

Top Adresse für Aufenthalte wegen Arenabesuchen.

Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Sehr nah an den Arenen Volkspark und Barclays. Gehobener Standart schon übertroffen! Alles nagelneu und ich habe noch nie eine Unterkunft gebucht die in diesem Maße sauber war! Unfassbar sauber! Respekt!

Schönes sauberes Appartement in toller Lage zur Arena

Sehr modernes Appartement mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Spüli, Tabs usw.), bequeme Betten, sehr sauber, Arena in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, großzügiger Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof, trotz verkehrsgünstiger Lage erstaunlich ruhig (Zimmer Richtung Wald).

Leider recht hellhörig, automatisch schließende Tür zum Treppenhaus klappt laut zu. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wäre uns der Kleiderschrank und die Küchenausstattung zu klein. Aber für unseren Kurzaufenthalt alles perfekt.

Schönes Zimmer, nette Kommunikation

Nur jeweils 1 Schlüssel für die Haustür und Zimmertür. Wir waren jeweils zu einem Klassentreffen und einem Konzert. Der erste der ankam musste wach bleiben um dem anderen dann aufzumachen.

Die Lage zum Volksparkstadion war einfach grandios. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet und es war alles da was wir brauchten. Es gab sogar Kaffee und eine Flasche Wasser kostenlos. Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus ein Pluspunkt. Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Check-In mit Schlüsselbox einfach und unkompliziert. Alles top, wir werden definitiv beim nächsten Stadionbesuch wieder buchen.

Neues, praktisch eingerichtetes, blitzsauberes Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Kommunikation super, Zugang mit Schlüsselbox und Code unkompliziert Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel mit Bus zur /SBahn oder U-Bahn bringen den Gast in ca 40 Minuten allinall ins Stadtzentrum. Parkplatz am Haus

Zweck irgendwie erfüllt aber eine Nacht hat gereicht.

In der Nähe des Volksparkstadiums gelegen. Flexible Schlüsselübergabe mittels Schlüsseltresor.

Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut, die Lüftung vom Bad lief sehr lange sehr laut. Die Abwasserleitungen aus den anderen Zimmern sind sehr laut. Die Matratzen waren leider nicht bequem, mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht. Dafür was es ist ohne Frühstück Zimmerpreis zu hoch.
