Fantastic views and a nice clean appartment. Walking distance to food markets, about 40-45mins walk to main attractions. The pool was, cold but pretty and I enjoyed the small gym.
Not really prepared for people to cook/use the kitchen properly due to a, lack of utensils. One room had a great view. The other had a mattress on the floor, not even a real bed really, I think that was a bit rubbish and, as I nabbed the one with the view, my friend was upset.

Spacious, town matured neighbourhood, very clean, nice swimming pool
Aircond in the room not cooling/ less air, no mirror in room or hall (got in toilet only), provided body towels were too small, parking at 7th floor.

Appartamento molto grande con 2 camere da letto e due bagni,con splendida visto
Balcone,cucina,lavatrice e internet veloce.
Perfetto per smartworker.
Tutto molto nuovo.
Piscina all ultimo piano stupenda.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Comunicazione con l'host eccellente,self check-in/checkout.
Leggermente fuori dal centro storico di Georgetown,ma con pochi ringgit (7-10 a tratta) un grab vi porterà in centro.
Pulizia discreta ma migliorabile.

Location
During check-in, realized there’s a wet tower inside the bathroom, strongly believe the housekeeper omitted to take away the tower which has been used by the earlier guest.
