Perfect hotel for families! Superb location! Cleanliness was good, though there is slight room for improvement needed (there was one day which the housekeeping forget to throw the rubbish).

Actually is not a bad Hotel to stay. Location was great and the Unit also great. I order the unit with 2 bedrooms. It comes with 2 bathrooms, complete kitchen, and washing machine that can be dry option as well. Good food/hawkers spread around the hotel location. Supermarket (GAMA) is across the street and lots of convenience store nearby. What I don't like about this hotel are: 1. Theres no lobby. When you arrive at the pinpoint, you should call the cust service to alert them that u are arriving, then in 2 mins someone will reach you. And this kind of thing, they not telling me earlier. So it took me quite sometimes to figure out how to check in. 2. Location is right at the big corner intersection. 1 room is facing the street and is so noisy that I cannot sleep thru the night. And there was a road construction also, it added the noise. They are drilling the concrete, so it was VERY VERY NOISY THRU THE NIGHT TILL MORNING. 3. The facilty they offer is not in the same building. Like pool & gym. You need to walk 120 m to the Citadines (same ASR group) 4. They giving us whatsapp number for room service in case we need something like tissue, new towel, etc, but they are not reply promptly that I need to ask the manager. 5. Uncooperative with room service & coordinator. We told them not to clean our room but they did. I didn't like stranger to go into our unit because our things are scattered and our bags is open widely. We told them clearly but they still not pay attention.

PROS 1. Location: Many hotspots within walking distance 2. Space: Considerably spacious and comfortable unit with kitchen and lounge area 3. Amenities: Satisfactory basic amenities provided CONS 1. No Parking Facility: If you're travelling with own vehicle, it would be a hassle. There's no allocated parking so it depends on your luck or patience to find a spot at nearby streets or you may park at any nearest paid parking areas which is a considerable walking distance, especially when you're checking in with luggages 2. Accessibility: Rooms are located along traffic light junction of a busy main street, stopping vehicle at entrance is almost impossible. There are stairs leading up to your room, so if you're travelling with elderly or have heavy luggages it may be something to keep in mind. 3. Shared facility & services: Magazine Vista is made up of several limited rooms located on the first floor of a row of shoplots. They mostly make use of resources at sister hotel Citadines including check in at their lobby and any other services required. SUMMARY If you do not mind the cons listed above, this is still a satisfactory accommodation. However I would personally not recommended it for families with young children or elderly.
