The property is in good location. There are 2 convinience stores in the same location. There are cafes as well.
The property itself, size wise pretty spacious. I was with my family total 4, but the room I would say can fit up to 6 pax.
The host is very prompt in replying my text.
We had problem with the electric stove, but got fixed quickly as the host sent technicians to sort out.
I couldnt think of anything that I didnt like

Nice apartment, 3 bedroom and 4 queen bed.
There are some damaged ones such as aC in the living room that had not lived the bathroom water discharge that had been clogged there were some light points that did not turn on.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and food, which was an important aspect for us. The beds were very plush and comfortable which made the stay a pleasant one. The water dispenser was a lovey touch especially for someone travelling with a baby.
There was a washing machine which we could utilise, which came in handy as we were a second week into our trip and needed clean clothes.
The building is a bit rundown and could use a facelift.
There was no power points in the bathroom or anywhere near a mirror, which is a minor inconvenience for someone that has to straighten their hair everyday. However, first world problems.
The drive up to the allocated carpark felt like a corkscrew that never end. We ended up paying for valet to park at the front to avoid going up the corkscrew each time.

The property seemed a little far out from all the main shops etc. We did find an amazing café for breakfast and meals called the Unknown and is around the corner.
The accommodation was pricey for what it was and the furniture was old and aged, nothing like the photo's. the main bedroom sink was blocked, I reported it and nothing was done other than them asking me to ensure the drain was open, which it was as I sent the video. The apartment is in desperate need of TLC to bring it up to a better state. The 2nd bedroom is a divider from the living room but adequate.
