Location is excellent. The apartment is pretty, well kitted and comfortable. Nicely decorated
Only minor things. Add floor towels. Newer towels. More glasses in the kitchen.
Foul smell from the drainage in the outer bathroom from time to time.

The whole room is very clean and we feel very comfortable, and the location is very strategic with many places to eat on the roadside, it's really very pleasant, if you want to have breakfast or lunch, just go downstairs to the Hongyee shop, it's highly recommended
The only drawback is that the hot water in the middle bathroom doesn't work. I hope this can be fixed in the future.

There are cafeterias & food centre nearby .
Shld check the facilities functuality, safety at home coz the living room window closer is loosen. Wall are dirty n one of the aircon not function. Controllers are not in good condition. Given mattress but no bedsheets
