Georgetown - 3 Storey House 11Pax Muntri St

This is a shoplot turned into a beautiful home, big and spacious enough to accommodate at least 10-15 pax. On the ground floor, there’s a huge living hall, bathroom & kitchen complete with water dispenser, fridge & washer (& detergent). On the middle floor, there’s another huge hall with 2 daybeds? There are 2 rooms on this floor. Room 1 is separated with proper closed up foldable partition. It has a queen bed & a single bed. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed. There’s only 1 bathroom on this floor. On the highest floor (the attic), there are 2 queen beds & 1 bathroom. If you are over 6ft, you might want to watch your head in this room. Location is great as it is walking distance to many popular attractions. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property!

Parking is a first come first serve basis street parking. You’d need to pay using the parking app. There are nearby open space parking area which will probably cost a little extra. Because the property is smack between restaurants, there were food smell in the house and for some people, it can get quite nauseous. A little air freshener would help. The aircond was a bit slow to cool the halls.
