UNESCO Bohemian Style Heritage House at Georgetown 5BR 14 pax

Location was in town not far from main attractions, easy to get food, walking distance to 24hrs convenience store. House is spacious.

Parking access to 1 car only but parking was not in the garage but outside the gate. If you have more than 1 car you need to wait for shops opposite the house to close to get parking.

It’s easy and convenient.

this house is good, location also good.

It's just that the elderly complains there are too many staircases.

We like the distance to all strategic locations. Central to all eateries and our families locations. The group chat created was quick to act and responsive to complains.

Alot of facilities was not functional until request i.e. WiFi and some items are not functional upon request as well. However atill responsive. Customer service and respond on whatsapp group flaws rude and confusing. Customer service chat and team chat is actually very confusing so we don't not know if he talking to us or others. Unapologetic behaviour when complain was raised. Wonderful location charming place if is not raining season otherwise you may need to experience leakage from the roof and flood on the walk way. Again we understand is an old building and restoration needs alot of work but a friendlier approach towards complain would made alot of difference. So for families with older folks please take note becareful on leakage at staircase as it maybe dangerous.
