Location. Close to everywhere. Pulau Tikus market and Gurney mall is just a walking distance.
A better soundproof would be nice for a light sleeper (me).

Love the location. We can walk to Gurney Paragon, Gurney Plaza, Hawkers, banks & doctor's clinic nearby.. Beds were very comfortable. Apartment was clean.

The location was amazing and the size of the apt was great! Was almost like home. The bathroom layout was good.
But the sofas n dining chairs were extremely uncomfortable. The mattress in the Master bedroom was also very uncomfortable. My Mum spent 3 nights alternating between the sofa n her bed.
