Self check-in was super easy, key collection was smooth with no issues at all. The entire apartment was clean with a cozy, well-designed space. The beds were fresh and comfortable too, and we really appreciated the free Netflix access perfect for our night entertainment 😊
A special shoutout to Ayunie, her service was excellent 👍🏻 She messaged us before arrival, and when our trip was delayed due to some unexpected circumstances, she kept checking in via text to make sure we arrived safely.

It was very clean and cozy.
Fast response from the team as well.
Location was excellent
One of the access key is not working so it caused abit of inconvenience for us.
The heater and one of the toilet light is not working when we check in but it was resolved during a short period of time after our feedback

While showering, I had to keep dodging the dirty water dripping down from ceiling .
