The location is really great, walkable to lots of food options.
The place is decently decorated and cleaned. There’s free filtered water (heated/cold) and lots of kitchen supplies.
I think it’s perfect for a family staycation. You could hang out in the living/dining area but also have separate rooms to rest.
The owner is also responsive and helpful. We had some issue with the AC at night and he was able to find a technician to come and fix it for us. We were really grateful.
The bathrooms are kind of small and a little outdated, but it’s no big deal.

Property located near all the good food.
Water supply was cut off on 2nd day morning, unable to brush teeth or go toilet. Need to go to nearby coffee shop toilet.
Both toilet bowlsl were choked on the 3rd day, need to go out and look for toilet.
Next door having construction, can be noisy at times and there are mosquitoes inside the house. I believe it'll be better once next door construction is completed.
