Everything. Very spacious, very convenient

1) Balcony was nicely done - small but cute. 2) Washing machine was provided together with detergent. 3) Dinnerware, cutlery, microwave, water boiler, refrigerator were provided. Everything was clean. Even the cleaning detergent for plates was provided. 4) Free wifi. The speed was good. 5) TV with Nextflix and co. 6) Dining table with dining chairs were nicely arranged 7) A sleeping sofa with couch table were provided. 8) Good quality toilet tissues were given.

1) No cleaning service throughout our stay. Guests had to bring down the rubbish from the 24th floor using lift and threw them at ground floor - very inconvenient. 2) The pillows in the second room had unpleasant odour. 3) A mop and a broom piled in the bathroom gave a unpleasant sight. They should be placed in a proper storeroom. 4) Extra matresses were just piled together in the main bedroom. They should be kept in a storeroom. 5) No privacy in the master bedroom - Neigbour can see if the curtain is open. 6) Too many house rules - it makes the whole staying experience a little bit cold and unwelcome.. 7) The bidet hose was not properly located - make it hatd to use. The hose is fixed standardized at the right hand side, but the one in the house was on the left side. 8) Shower gel was not good. We ended buying a shower cream. 9) The space outside the front door was flooded with water. Very inconvenient. Maybe from the train. The water simply got trapped. With the price that we paid, our expectation was higher.
