Comfortable and easy to get go anywhere in the Penang
Balcony super hot due to aircon compresser. The security guards are unfriendly and rude. Too crowded at the lobby

Nice and clean house, comfortable for our small family. Good view from balcony and good location in town. Near to Gurney Drive, Padang Kota, Hameediyah etc.
The lifts are small, slow and during our trip 1 lift down. 30 mins waiting during check out. Please manage your time if you stay in Mansion One. However, the host is understanding and acknowledged we check out a bit late due to this :)
