Really pleasant stay at Macalister! The bed was super comfy, made for great sleep. What stood out most were the facilities — the kitchen came fully equipped with a basin, plates, bowls, knives, and scissors, plus a microwave and fridge, so cooking or reheating meals was completely hassle-free. The water filter on the counter was a nice surprise touch — such a small thing, but so convenient. Overall a comfortable, well-equipped place. Would definitely stay again!

I would like to express my appreciation to all the staffs working in the 22 Macalisterz. The front desk staffs were very helpful and sincere, especially from *** and ***. I made separated bookings from Agoda. The first booking finished on 30June and I found that I forgot to take one of my bag inside the drawer after checking out. After informing the front desk, staffs tried their very best to help me . They said guests checked in the room after we checked out. They have to wait until the guests checked out from the room 4 days later then they could go with me to the room to check due to privacy of guests. Finally, I managed to get back my stuff from the drawer. Another excellent service was provided by housekeeping staffs, especially from *** and *** . They always concern about our needs. They asked us if we got enough amenities and offer cleaning of room when we met them in the corridor. The first stay of 29 days in 22 Macalisterz by Mykey was super amazing. I am enjoying the stay of my second booking here now.

The house was new and cleanliness was tip top. Staffs are helpful and friendly. However, the second room in the house can't close the door due to the bed was blocked the door. The lift at peak time will need more time for waiting. The location of the building was near the city centre but it also faced the problem of traffic jam.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of family members, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Out of the rooms we were assigned, two had a strong unpleasant odor upon entering. In addition, the bed arrangement in the larger room was incorrect and did not match what we had requested. What made things worse was the lack of proper support from the staff. The front desk informed us that they were only responsible for room allocation and could not assist with other issues. We tried calling management multiple times, but no one answered. It took us several hours to finally get the problems resolved. Overall, the situation was frustrating and poorly handled. The management team is terribly unprofessional. I hope the hotel improves its service and responsiveness in the future.
