I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this the check in process was extremely poor when we arrived the security staff did not know anything about our booking they kept asking for a QR code and without it they would not allow us to check in or even wait in the lobby we had to wait outside the building for a long time some more the weather is very hot we tried calling the contact person many times but nobody answered after they finally replied they asked us to pay the security deposit we made the payment immediately and sent the receipt before we were finally able to enter the unit once inside we discovered a serious water leakage in one of the bedroom there was already a bucket placed under the leaking ceiling which clearly showed that they knew about the problem before we arrived we decided to use the master bedroom instead and sent them a video of the leak The staff offered to move us to another unit but it was in a completely different location at Straits Quay we were already exhausted after the terrible check in experience and my husband was very upset if they had offered another unit in the same building we might have considered it but asking us to move to a different location was very inconvenient The next morning when I opened the door to another room for my safety I found a large amount of water on the floor at that point we completely lost confidence in the accommodation and decided to book another hotel instead The ruined our plans and we could not even consider extending our stay as we had originally intended because we had a last minute plans for this trip for emergency purpose the check out process was also disappointing because nobody assisted us even worse I still have not my security deposit I have sent multiple messages asking for an update but they but they have completely ignored me this entire experience caused us unnecessary stress wasted out time and disrupted our trip and spoiled our mood even spent money for this Due to the unacceptable check in process poor communication unsafe accommodation conditions given to us and the lack of response regarding my deposit I believe I deserve a full refund thank you

I've got scammed in my first night to check in from the Agoda agent in Penang. Terrible experience ever Just be careful with booking from Agoda to apartment in Penang

Owner isntruction not clear,late refund of deposit,known that the unit being robbed,still ask us to find the key..change to other good unit..instruction not.clear,vdeo available but not make diffrence..my check in late by 2 hours..horrible experience with the owner..others i dont know..unit is good..the owner is not helpful..
