    Everything is good air-conditioning, clean and near to penang hospital

    all is very good except the system glitching stated that we check-out at 7.30 am while we didnt got out of room untill 11.45am, the check-out system detect that other room card was our room card. But the staff did apologive for the mistake even its not their mistake at all, its no problem at all for me. will stay there again soon.

    Had a pleasant stay. Although the room looks a little old and dated, it was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The water pressure was strong, which made showering really enjoyable. Overall, we had a good experience and would be happy to stay here again.

    The bed was comfortable, and the water heater worked well. The hotel has limited parking spaces—perhaps around 15 lots, although I did not count them. It also has lift facilities and is within walking distance of a 7-Eleven store. Overall, it is a good place for a short stay or a good night’s rest after a hectic day.
