Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights, although the apartments were on the small side and there was limited space in the rooms for luggages, the apartment itself was nice and clean and conveniently located. Could have been better with a washing machine added to the room.
The lifts can get quite busy with people queuing up especially at checkin/out times.
Overall good value for money and would recommend the apartment

This building looks like it is very new so hard to fault anything about it. We had a two bedroom apartment which was very well maintained but note that the second bedroom does not have a window. Excellent facilities in the building such as rooftop pool and gym. Central location less than 10mins walk to all the malls. Staff at the reception are very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed at this hotel with a group of family members, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.
Out of the rooms we were assigned, two had a strong unpleasant odor upon entering. In addition, the bed arrangement in the larger room was incorrect and did not match what we had requested.
What made things worse was the lack of proper support from the staff. The front desk informed us that they were only responsible for room allocation and could not assist with other issues. We tried calling management multiple times, but no one answered. It took us several hours to finally get the problems resolved.
Overall, the situation was frustrating and poorly handled. The management team is terribly unprofessional. I hope the hotel improves its service and responsiveness in the future.
