I really liked how big the room was, the great view, and all the amenities except the pool too small.

As we had a car location was good for exploring both downtown GT and places like Penang Hill.
Beautiful infinity pool with amazing views over the city.
Some nice touches with apartment deco.
Cleanliness! Very dusty in some areas.
Superficially clean - see attached picture. Towel hanging up in kitchen upon arrival smelt disgusting and the sponge on the sink was too dirty to use.

The location is excellent — close to all major attractions, just a short drive away. The house itself is nice, clean, and spacious, perfect for families or groups (can accommodate up to 10 people). Key collection was easy, and the unit comes with useful amenities like a hair dryer and iron box.
Both bedroom air-conditioner were not cooling properly, only blowing air. The hot shower wasn’t working, and the water stayed cold throughout. Also, there were no mirrors in the bedrooms, so we had to use the bathroom mirror to get ready. Adding a mirror in each room would make a big difference and wouldn’t cost much.
