Well located. Spacious.
The toiletries only have shampoo. There’s no Kiblat direction for Muslim people to perform prayer.

You couldn’t fault the view
The staff at the desk were rude, the bed was awful! The gym equipment broken.

Environment and clean
The air conditioning was very poor and the entire place felt extremely hot. It was difficult to sleep comfortably, especially in the hall, as it remained warm throughout the night. Only one room had an air conditioner that was functioning well; the air conditioning in the other areas was ineffective. Even the portable standing air conditioner did not help much in cooling the space.
In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, making it difficult to use throughout our stay.
We hope these issues can be improved so that future guests can enjoy a more comfortable experience.
